<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan bidang kerja terhadap psychological well-being pada anggota polisi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota polisi di Polda Lampung yang berjumlah 90 orang dari tiga bidang kerja yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan bidang kerja polisi berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,765. Selain itu secara parsial, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap psychological well-being pada polisi, hal ini berarti semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi pula psychological well-being pada polisi. Namun tidak terdapat pengaruh bidang kerja terhadap psychological well-being pada polisi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan anggota Polda Lampung dapat meningkatkan penerimaan diri untuk kesejahteraan psikologis yang lebih baik.
