Abstrak Stres kerja pada dasarnya dapat mempengaruhi psychology well being setiap orang termasuk anggota Polri Polda Maluku yang disebabkan oleh tuntutan pekerjaan seperti sering bertemu dengan bahaya fisik serta menyaksikan peristiwa yang membahayakan orang lain. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan psychological well being pada anggota Polri Polda Maluku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis korelasional spearman’s. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Polri di Polda Maluku sebanyak 243 anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological well being dan stres kerja pada anggota Polri Polda Maluku (r= 0,369,p= 0,000). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi stres kerja maka semakin tinggi psychological well being begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah stres kerja maka semakin rendah psychological well being. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah anggota Polri Polda Maluku diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penerimaan diri, membangun hubungan positif dengan orang lain, penguasaan lingkungan, otonomi, pengembangan diri melalui bakat dan kemampuan serta memiliki tujuan hidup. Selain itu, instansi Polda Maluku dapat melakukan berbagai kegiatan seperti pelatihan berpikir kritis dan konseling. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Psychology Well Being, Anggota Polri Polda Maluku AbstractJob stress can basically affect the psychological well being of everyone including members of the Maluku Police, which is caused by job demands such as frequent encounters with physical danger and witnessing events that endanger others. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between job stress and psychological well being in Maluku Police officers. The research method used is a quantitative approach and Spearman's correlational analysis method. The sample in this study were all 243 members of the Maluku Police. The results showed a significant positive relationship between psychological well being and job stress in Maluku Police with a correlation coefficient value of (r= 0,369,p= 0,000). This shows that the higher the job stress, the higher the psychological well being and vice versa, the lower the job stress, the lower the psychological well being. The implication of this study is that members of the Maluku Police are expected to increase self-acceptance, build positive relationships with others, environmental mastery, autonomy, self-development through talents and abilities and have a life purpose.
