Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, loyalitas dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan rumah sakit umum mitra medika medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Medika Medan, dengan jumlah 299 orang. Penarikan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sampel yang didapat berjumlah 75 orang responden. Model yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan dioleh menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa ada tiga variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu: motivasi kerja, loyalitas kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan melalui hasil pengujian dapat diketahui Nilai Adjusted R Square, 0,724 yang disebut koefisien determinasi yang dalam hal ini berarti 72,4% motivasi kerja, loyalitas kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 100% -72,4% = 27,6 % dijelaskan oleh faktor lain seperti atau variabel model, seperti, gaya kepemimpinan, dan gaji lain-lain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of educational background, work placement and work experience on employee productivity at PT. Multi Mas Chemindo. In the research, the number of respondents used was 110 respondents. The data sources used in the research are secondary and primary data sources. The testing techniques used in the research are research instruments, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and research hypothesis tests. The data collection techniques used in this research used questionnaire data, literature, interviews and documentation. Based on the partial test results, it was found that educational background, work placement and work experience had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Multi Mas Chemindo Medan. The results of this research simultaneously show that background variables, work placement and work experience together influence employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication work discipline and work stress on job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara. This research used a total of 70 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research used questionnaires and interviews. The testing techniques used in this research are research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results obtained from hypothesis testing are that the work discipline variable has no positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, then the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara. Simultaneously, the results showed that the variables of work discipline, communication and work stress had an effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara. The number of research samples used in this research was 72 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research used interviews, observation and questionnaires. The testing techniques used in the research are research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that the work stress variable is accepted, meaning that the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then also the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership variable has an effect on employee performance at PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara.

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, workload and work stress on employee retention at PT. Tough Eka Sakti Diamond. The research uses a quantitative type of research. The data sources used in this research are secondary and primary data sources. The sample used in this research was 188 respondents whose type of sampling used a saturated sample. The testing techniques used in this research include research instrument tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the partial results obtained, it can be explained that the work environment variables, workload and work stress have an effect on employee retention at PT. Tough Eka Sakti Diamond.
