<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus occurs due to unhealthy lifestyles that cause chronic and long-term blood sugar levels to rise above normal thresholds. Diabetes Mellitus is a progressive chronic disease characterized by the body's inability to metabolize. The purpose of conducting this study is to determine the effect of foot manual massage on increasing the sensitivity of patients' feet in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Pratama Clinic of Jatibening Medical Center in 2023. Data collection by distributing questionnaire sheets, this research design is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. This type of research is an experiment with the research design used is quasi-experiment with pretest – posttest. With Purposive Sampling sampling techniques, then given pre test and post test to patients with diabetes mellitus to determine the effect of foot manual massage on foot sensitivity. Based on bivariate tests in the Foot Manual Massage group and increased left sensitivity sig values in the left leg pre-test of 0.085 (P> 0.05) Post-test of 0.060 (P> 0.05). So it has a conclusion that all these data have been distributed normally and can be tested paired until T-tests. And the results of the Paired Sample T-Test show that there is a significant effect between foot manual massage on increasing foot sensitivity in diabetics at the Jatibening Medicine Center Pratama Clinic in 2023. From the results of this study, there is an effect after foot manual massage on increasing foot sensitivity in diabetic patients at the Jatibening Medical Center Pratama Clinic. And it is expected that the Jatibening Medical Center Pratama Clinic will provide information about foot manual massage to increase sensitivity in the feet. ABSTRAK Diabetes melitus terjadi akibat pola hidup tidak sehat yang menyebabkan kadar gula darah kronis dan jangka panjang naik di atas ambang batas normal. Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit kronis progresif yang ditandai dengan ketidakmampuan tubuh untuk melakukan metabolisme. Tujuan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Foot Manual Massage Terhadap Peningkatan Sensitivitas Kaki Pasien Pada Penderita Diabetes Melitus Di Klinik Pratama Balai Pengobatan Jatibening Tahun 2023. Pengambilan data dengan menyebarkan lembar kuesioner, desain penelitian ini adalah deskriktif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pretest – posttest. Dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling, kemudian diberikan pre test dan post test pada penderita diabetes melitus untuk mengetahui pengaruh foot manual massage terhadap sensitivitas kaki. Berdasarkan uji bivariat Pada kelompok Foot Manual Massage Dan Peningkatan Sensitivitas Kiri nilai sig pada pre-test kaki kiri sebesar 0,085 (P> 0,05) Post-test sebesar 0,060 (P> 0,05). Sehingga memiliki kesimpulan bahwa semua data tersebut telah berdistribusi normal dan dapat dilakukan pengujian paired sampe T-tes. Dan hasil Uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara foot manual massage terhadap peningkatan sensitivitas kaki pada penderita diabetes di Klinik Pratama Balai Pengobatan Jatibening Tahun 2023. Dari hasil penelitian ini, Terdapat pengaruh setelah diberikan foot manual massage terhadap peningkatan sensitivitas kaki pada pasien diabetes di Di Klinik Pratama Balai Pengobatan Jatibening. Dan diharapkan Klinik Pratama Balai Pengobatan Jatibening untuk memberikan informasi mengenai foot manual massage terhadap peningkatan sensitivitas pada kaki.]]>
