<![CDATA[The researcher conducted a study entitled Performance Analysis of the General Election Commission in Increasing Community Political Participation in the 2020 Regional Head Elections in North Musi Rawas Regency. The problem posed is how the performance of the KPU in Musi Rawas Utara Regency in increasing political participation there in 2020 increases when compared to 2015. The purpose of the study is to find out how the performance and procedures for implementing the KPU work program in North Musi Rawas Regency and the mechanism for carrying out the stages of the post-conflict local election. This research was designed using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were KPU commissioners, KPU employees, and ordinary people who were involved in and witnessed the post-conflict local election in North Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses 5 indicators in measuring the performance of the KPU, the first is the concept of Productivity, which measures the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the KPU's services. Second, service quality, namely community satisfaction, can be a parameter to assess the performance of public organizations. Third, Responsiveness is the ability of the organization to recognize the needs of the community, set the agenda and service priorities. Fourth, Responsibility explains whether the implementation of public organization activities is in accordance with correct administrative principles. Fifth Accountability shows how much the policies and activities of the organization are subject to political officials elected by the people directly Peneliti melakukan penelitian yang berjudul Analisis Kinerja Komisi pemilihan Umum Dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Pada Pilkada Tahun 2020 Di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Permasalahan yang diajukan yaitu bagaimana kinerja KPU Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara dalam meningkatkan Partisipasi politik disana pada tahun 2020 meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan 2015. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja dan tata cara pengimplementasian program kerja KPU di Kabupaten Musi rawas Utara serta mekanismenya dalam melakukan tahapan pemilukada. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah komisioner kpu pegawai kpu serta masyarakat biasa yang terlibat serta menyaksikan jalannya pemilukada di kabupaten Musi rawas Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 indikator dalam mengukur kinerja kpu yang pertama adalah konsep Produktivitas yaitu mengukur tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan kpu. Kedua Kualitas Pelayanan yakni kepuasan masyarakat bisa menjadi parameter untuk menilai kinerja organisasi publik. Ketiga Responsivitas adalah kemampuan organisasi untuk mengenali kebutuhan masyarakat menyusun agenda serta prioritas pelayanan. Keempat Responbilitas menjelaskan apakah pelaksanaan kegiatan organisasi publik sesuai prinsip-prinsip administrasi yang benar. Kelima Akuntabilitas menunjukkan seberapa besar kebijakan serta kegiatan organisasi tunduk pada para pejabat politik yang dipilih oleh rakyat langsung.]]>
