Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze work culture, competencies and work achievements onemployee performance. The location of this research was carried out at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III. This typeof research is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The analysis used is multiple linearregression analysis. The number of samples in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis method with thehelp of SPSS software version 25. Partially, the results of this study show that work culture (X1) has no influenceon employee performance. Competence (X2) has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Workperformance (X3) has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously thevariables of work culture (X1), competence (X2) and work performance (X3) together have a significant positiveeffect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Prevalensi Ektoparasit Protozoa Pada Ikan Toman (Channa micropeltes). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2025 bertempat di Perairan Rawa Tanjung Taruna. Analisis parasit dilakukan di Laboratorium BKIPM Kelas I Palangka Raya, sedangkan analisis kualitas air dilakukan secara insitu. Hasil identifikasi terhadap jenis parasit ditemukan pada ikan toman dengan rata-rata ukuran panjang total berkisar antara 14.05 cm sampai 15.03cm, rata-rata ukuran panjang berkisar antara 12.38cm sampai 13.08cm dan rata-rata berat berkisar antara 18.37gr sampai 20.03gr ditemukan 3 jenis ektoparasit protozoa yaitu Trichodina sp, Henneguya sp, dan Epistilis sp dengan rata-rata jumlah total parasit 204,37 ind/sel ditemukan pada organ target meliputi insang, mulut, dan permukaan tubuh. Nilai prevalensi (%) ektoparasit Protozoa pada organ target insang dengan nilai prevalensi 36,67% dari pada mulut dan permukaan tubuh.
