Abstract

The problem of waste is becoming increasingly complex due to limited space for processing waste, incompatibility in spatial planning, lack of waste processing facilities, low public knowledge regarding waste processing, the large number of land conversions for housing, and the rapid increase population in the Tuban Regency. This community service activity was carried out at the location of the religious tourism bus parking of the Sunan Bonang Tomb. Garbage scattered at the parking location comes from bus passengers who do not have the awareness to throw garbage in its place. In addition, the other main sources of waste come from traders at tourist parking locations and pedicab drivers. This condition is mostly caused by the low of knowledge and awareness of the community regarding waste and its processing. This education and socialization of waste sorting is carried out to traders, visitors and pedicab drivers around the bus parking location. In this activity, the majority of traders have good knowledge regarding waste sorting into organic and inorganic waste, while for pedicab drivers, the majority do not have good knowledge regarding waste sorting. It is hoped that in the future this community service activity can be carried out in a sustainable manner, so that later the waste at the bus parking location can be used into something useful

Abstract

Response time which can cause physical disability and death in patients, the speed in this case is an action with less than 5 minutes from the patient's arrival at Emergency departments, indirectly experience and education may be related to the length of response time. This research uses analytic survey research design with cross sectional time approach. Respondents in this studyare all nurses at the RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban were 23 nurses, the technique used in the study was total sampling. The independent variable in this study is work experience and nurse education while the dependent variable is the response time for patient care. The instrument used was a questionnaire, and the analysis of this study used the Pearson correlation test.Statistical test results on work experience variables with response time obtained Sig (2-tailed) of 0.04 less than 0.05 then there is a correlation, while for the education level variable obtained Sig (2-tailed) 0.58 greater than 0.05 then it does not have a correlation to response time.So it can be concluded from the results of statistical tests there is a relationship of work experience with the response time of handling patients and the level of education has no relationship with response time. Keywords : Work experience, Nurse Education, Response Time for Patient Handling

In the Inpatient Installation (IRNA) of the Tuban Hospital there are 17 indicators but only 9 are met (52.94%). One of them is patient satisfaction with an achievement of 74.35% of the standard set by the hospital of 82%. One of the causes of not achieving patient satisfaction is the high number of patient complaints regarding aspects of the competence of nurses in providing services, a total of 61 complaints during 2014-2021. Methods: The research questionnaire instrument used a Likert scale of 1-5 on the independent and dependent variables. The rating scale on the independent variable or nurse's responsiveness ranged from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Meanwhile, the rating scale for the dependent variable ranges from very dissatisfied to very satisfied. Results: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of responsiveness or responsiveness of 0.003 (<a=0.05). to patient satisfaction. This shows that the better the patient's assessment of the responsiveness of the nurse, the more patient satisfaction will increase at the Inpatient Installation (IRNA) of the Tuban Hospital. Conclusion: More than 20% of respondents' assessments are in the category of being satisfied with the nurse's response. The hospital needs to hold training on human resources, especially training in therapeutic communication between nurses and patients to maintain the quality of service at the hospital.
