ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana dukungan suami, media advertensi kesehatan, serta persepsi pengambilan keputusan mempengaruhi keputusan wanita usia subur menggunakan tes Iva untuk skrining kanker serviks di Puskesmas Plawad tahun 2023. Metode penelitian ini ialah metode analitik menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian dijalankan di Puskesmas Plawad Kabupaten Karawang. Data penelitian menggunakan lembar Kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 63 orang. Analisis data memakai Uji Chi Square. Hasil uji statistik didapat variabel Promosi Kesehatan diperoleh nilai p value = 0.00, Dukungan Suami p value =0.002 , Perspesi p value = 0.00 artinya nilai p value < 0,05, sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada Hubungan Peran Media Promosi Kesehatan, Dukungan Suami Dan Persepsi Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Wanita Usia Subur Melakukan Skrining Kanker Serviks Dengan Metode Iva Test Di Puskesmas Plawad Tahun 2023. Sebagai salah satu pendorong perilaku pemeriksaan IVA untuk mendeteksi kanker serviks, petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Plawad melakukan usaha pengembangan kegiatan penyuluhan dan advertensi kesehatan bagi suami maupun ibu. This research method is an analytical method with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Plawad Health Center, Karawang Regency. The research data uses a questionnaire sheet. The number of respondents was 63 people. Data analysis using the Chi Square Test. The statistical test results obtained for the Health Promotion variable obtained a p value = 0.00, Husband's Support p value = 0.002, Perspective p value = 0.00, meaning that the p value <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the Role of Health Promotion Media, Husband's Support and Perceptions of Decision Making for Women of Reproductive Age to Screen for Cervical Cancer Using the Iva Test Method at the Plawad Health Center in 2023. As one of the drivers of IVA examination behavior to detect cervical cancer, health workers at the Plawad Health Center are making efforts to increase health counseling and promotion activities for husbands and mothers.
