<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze: 1) How is the sugar supply chain at PT.PG. Gorontalo. This research was conducted at PT.PG Gorontalo for three months from preparation to preparation. The sampling method used was simple random sampling with a total sample of 47 farmers who were taken multi-stage, starting from village sampling to sugar cane farmers. The method used is the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) method. The results of this study indicate that; 1) The condition of the supply chain at the company PT.PG Gorontalo has one flow pattern of the sugarcane supply chain, which consists of farmers, companies and distributors. the chain structure consists of primary members (suppliers (farmers), companies, and distributors), and secondary (packaging and transportation providers). chain resources include human resources of 1,491 employees, then the chain business processes that occur are partnerships and open market information. PT.PG Gorontalo and distributors mutually benefit each other in selling granulated sugar products. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.PG Gorontalo selama tiga bulan dari mulai persiapan sampai dengan penyusunan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan yaitu secara sengaja (porposive sampling) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 petani yang di ambil secara bertingkat (Multi stage) yaitu mulai dari pengambilan sampel desa sampai dengan petani tebu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Asian Productivity Organization (APO). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; 1) Kondisi rantai pasok diperusahaan PT.PG Gorontalo memiliki satu pola aliran rantai pasok tebu yaitu terdiri dari petani, perusahaan dan distributor. struktur rantai terdiri dari anggota primer (pemasok (petani), perusahaan, dan distributor), dan sekunder (penyedia kemasan dan transportasi). sumber daya rantai meliputi SDM sebanyak 1.491 karyawan, kemudian proses bisnis rantai yang terjadi yaitu bersifat kemitraan serta informasi pasar secara terbuka.
