<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of workload, work stress and work environment on the performance of employees of PT BPR BKK Jateng Pemalang Branch Office. The research method used is quantitative and uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population used was employees of PT BPR BKK Jateng KC Pemalang. The sample used was 71 respondents, using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results of this research show that for each variable, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously workload, work stress and work environment affect employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Work stress, Work environment, Employee performance Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPR BKK Jateng Kantor Cabang Pemalang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu karyawan PT BPR BKK Jateng KC Pemalang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 71 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
