Abstract

The research aims to develop a scheme of waqf fund management based on the blockchain system. This system is used for the procurement of personal protective equipment as an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The approach method used qualitative research, based on the basis of consideration of data and facts related to the spread of pandemic Covid-19 requires in-depth analysis. The renewal of the schemes and instruments of the waqf fund with blockchain endowments that can be applied in specific social projects is an important added value. The results of this research are the optimization of waqf funds, which starts from the process of collecting, managing, developing, and distributing waqf funds for specific social activities that can be targeted. The target of this research is the transparency of the management of waqf funds can be better so that sharia-based financial instruments can contribute greatly to the handling of Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of health assessment indicators and the financial health condition of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). This research used a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used for evaluating the level of financial health referred to the Decree of The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. Kep- 100/MBU/2002. The data collection technique used was documentation studies sourced from the annual report of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) from 2018 through 2020. The results showed that the development of the indicator value of return on equity, return on investment, and cash ratio decreased, while the value of collection periods, the ratio of equity to total assets, and inventory turn over increased. This study also found the fluctuated value of the current ratio and total asset turnover. The financial health assessment in 2018 and 2019 had a healthy predicate. However, in 2020, it had an unhealthy financial health assessment predicate. Therefore, the company needs to have better financial performance to achieve good financial health conditions that will finally affect all stakeholders.

Abstract

Brand satisfaction is prominent to bridge purchasing decisions, and it is often linked with perceived value, social media marketing, and brand trust. This study explores the mediating role of brand satisfaction in the relationship between perceived value, social media marketing, brand trust, and purchase decision. The convenience sampling technique was used to collect the data. A self-administered survey from 226 consumers who were sampled in Semarang was involved in this study, and further data was processed using PLS-SEM software. The findings show that perceived value, social media marketing, brand trust, and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions. The role of brand satisfaction is proven to bridge the relationship between perceived value and the role of social media in purchasing decisions. However, there are negative results related directly or indirectly through brand satisfaction, from brand trust to purchasing decisions. In addition, social media marketing has no impact on brand satisfaction. The findings indicate that brand decisions have yet to become a benchmark for consumers to determine purchasing decisions for shampoo products. The usefulness of this research can trigger product business owners to observe consumer behavior continuously amid fast-moving product innovation competition.Keywords: Perceived value, Purchase decision, Social media marketing, Brand satisfaction, Brand trust

Abstract

A good organization image is one of the factors for an organization to be able to achieve competitive advantage. To create a good image of an organization, an effective communication process is needed to the public. Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Effective organizational communication can create a good image of the organization. Abstract

This research aims to explore an integrated model related to mechanisms or operational standards for the leadership succession planning system through developing talent management theory and analyzing Indonesian Government Agencies that can be involved in implementing the succession planning system. The research is qualitative through comparative studies and literature reviews in the form of regulations related to managing state civil servants (ASN) using an exploratory, and descriptive analysis method. The findings in this research are that the government can optimally implement the operational mechanisms or standards to build an integrated succession planning system through talent management in each government agency. The results of this research recommend that the succession planning system be an urgent element to be realized immediately and to create future leaders who are professional, dignified, and able to become the central axis in the wheels of a future government.

Abstract

As an effort to achieve a high organizational performance, the main thing that must be owned is quality human resources. To obtain this, employees must have the ability and skills to support the completion of work ranging from intrinsic motivation to empowerment programs and the availability of a good work environment. So this research aims to analyze the organizational commitment and performance of the employees of PT. Hwa Seung Jepara. This study uses quantitative methods with the population are employees of PT. Hwa Seung. The sampling technique in this research was carried out by proportional random sampling technique. The type of data in this research is primary data obtained directly from respondents. The data collection method used was a field survey in the form of distributing and filling out individual questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis. The results of this research include empowerment, work environment, and intrinsic motivation which have a positive significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational commitment variables are able to mediate the relationship between the influence of empowerment, work environment, and intrinsic motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this investigation was to determine if a correlation exists between e-trust, e-service quality, price, and web quality in relation to traveloka user e-satisfaction. The methodology employed was quantitative and involved collecting survey data from 100 users of the traveloka app and website. Statistical analysis was performed utilizing SPSS V.24 software. The research utilized various tests including validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results demonstrate that e-trust, e-service quality, price, and web quality positively and significantly impact e-satisfaction. Notably, e-trust has a partially but significantly positive impact on e-satisfaction. Additionally, the quality of e-service and price variables significantly positively affect e-satisfaction, as well as web quality, which is another significant factor that positively influences e-satisfaction.

Abstract

Industri kecantikan secara keseluruhan mengalami pertumbuhan dari tahun ke tahun. Kemampuan kritis memerlukan suatu produk atau jasa tertentu agar mampu memahami keberadaan dirinya secara utuh. Produk perawatan kulit merupakan barang kecantikan yang menandakan tumbuhnya bisnis terkait. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer, live streaming, dan program flash sale terhadap keputusan pembelian netizen pada produk skincare Somethinc. Data survei awal dikumpulkan melalui link google form dan jumlah sampelnya 140 responden yang sebelumnya pernah membeli dan menggunakan skincare Somethinc menggunakan aplikasi TikTok Shop untuk penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa live streaming dan program flash sale tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian netizen, namun influencer memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian netizen. Meskipun perusahaan telah menggunakan live streaming dan program flash sale dengan masif, nampaknya pelanggan tidak tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian. Para netizen lebih tertarik untuk membeli produk skincare Somethinc karena adanya influencer. Sebaiknya perusahaan mengkombinasikan ketiga variabel tersebut menjadi suatu program pemasaran yang komprehensif agar kinerja bisnis meningkat dan pangsa pasar semakin luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna menganalisa viral marketing, celebrity endorser, serta inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan pada brand Scarlett Whitening. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sejumlah 100 responden yang berada di wilayah Magelang dan Semarang. Teknik purposive sampling dipakai guna memperoleh sampel yang selaras pada syaratnya. Metode analisis penelitian menggunakan uji reliabilitas, validitas, t, f, analisa regresi linier berganda, serta koefisien determinasi. Alat analisanya memakai IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, celebrity endorser secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta inovasi produk secara parsial berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil seluruh variabel yaitu viral marketing, celebrity endorser, dan inovasi produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan brand Scarlett Whitening. Kata Kunci: Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser, Inovasi Produk, Keputusan Pembelian
