<![CDATA[The low student learning outcomes in the denotative and connotative meanings of words indicate the need for more interactive and adaptive learning media innovations. The still-dominant lecture method is not fully capable of helping students understand abstract semantic concepts. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how fifth-grade elementary school students' learning outcomes regarding the denotative and connotative meanings of words are affected by using the interactive digital medium Smojo.AI. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a posttest-only control group and a quantitative methodology. Fifth-grade kids were split into an experimental group and a control group for the study, which was carried out in an elementary school. A validated and reliability-tested multiple-choice achievement test was used to gather data. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, and an Independent Sample t-test. The findings demonstrated a substantial difference in learning outcomes between students who received traditional training and those who were instructed using Smojo.AI interactive digital media. H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted, according to the Independent Sample t-test, which showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of <0.001, which is less than 0.05. This study shows that the use of interactive digital media, Smojo.AI, significantly improves student learning outcomes in the denotative and connotative meanings of words. Therefore, teachers are advised to utilize interactive digital media as an alternative to Indonesian language learning to improve the effectiveness and quality of learning.]]>
