Abstract

Citizenship education is very important to build national character based on Pancasila values, especially in overcoming radicalism. Education based on Pancasila values ​​is very important to foster national insight, an attitude of tolerance and a sense of togetherness in society because radicalism that develops in society can threaten national unity. The role of citizenship education in preventing radicalism is examined in this research. The research results show that internalizing Pancasila values ​​in the learning process can help prevent radical ideology from spreading. By teaching values ​​such as unity, humanity and social justice, students will better understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the country. In this research, the literature study method was used to investigate various sources related to radicalism and citizenship education. Apart from that, this research also wants to explain how citizenship education based on Pancasila values ​​helps students understand the importance of tolerance, pluralism and national awareness amidst the threat of radical ideology. Citizenship education is considered to be able to instill inclusive and moderate national values ​​to prevent radicalism from spreading in society. The author also wants to know how effective citizenship education based on Pancasila values ​​is in forming citizens who are aware of radicalism and have attitudes and behavior that support unity. and national unity.

Abstract

Abstract Land is the part of the earth's surface that includes the body of the earth beneath it and that which is under water, including sea water. Land can also be interpreted as a limited area and is an object of land law. The type used in this research is a qualitative method. Qualitative research is research that produces and processes descriptive data, such as interview transcriptions, field notes, drawings, photos, video recordings and so on. The results of the legal research stated that Medan Cadika Park officially belongs to the Provincial Government. It can be seen that all development in the Park area was made by the Medan City Government and MSMEs in the Park asked permission from the Medan Provincial Government. Keywords: Land, garden, water, sea Abstrak Tanah adalah bagian permukaan bumi yang meliputi tubuh bumi di bawahnya serta yang berada di bawah air, termasuk air laut. Tanah juga dapat diartikan sebagai suatu bidang yang terbatas dan merupakan objek hukum pertanahan. Jenis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang menghasilkan dan mengolah data yang bersifat deskriptif, seperti transkripsi wawancara, catatan lapangan, gambar, foto, rekaman video dan lain sebagainya. Hasil Penelitian hasil hukum menyatakan bahhwa Taman Cadika Medan resmi milik Pemprovsu dapat di lihat dari semua pembangunan di dalam kawasan Taman di buat oleh Pemkot Medan dan UMKM yang berada di Taman meminta izin kepada Pempovsu Medan.
