Abstract

This study has a problem that was found when conducting pre-research, namely regarding the low learning outcomes of students in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject in the material of Plant Body Parts and Their Functions in grade IV of elementary school, with a population of 25. This study aims to determine the effect of Augmented Reality (AR) media on student learning outcomes while providing alternative learning media that are innovative and relevant to the development of the times. This study uses a quantitative research type with a one-group design experimental research method. The main data source used in this study is primary data obtained through multiple-choice tests that are separated into a pretest and a posttest. The results of this study indicate that by using Augmented Reality-based media through the Assemblr Edu web, the highest pretest score was 80, and the lowest score was 20, with an average score of 57.6. After the treatment, the highest posttest score was 100, and the lowest score was 60, with an average of 79.6.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore the use of the Topeng Getak Pamekasan dance as cultural arts learning material for first-grade elementary school students. As a cultural heritage of Madura, the Topeng Getak dance has the potential to serve as meaningful arts learning media. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews with the dance creator and the Grade 1A dance teacher, as well as documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that most of the original movements of the Topeng Getak dance cannot yet be performed by lower-grade students. Therefore, adaptations were made in the form of simplified movements, adjusted music tempo, and modified, safer properties. The exploration results were aligned with the learning outcomes for Dance Arts in Phase A. The implementation of the Topeng Getak dance in classroom learning not only develops students’ motor skills but also introduces the cultural values of Madura. This study affirms that the Topeng Getak dance can serve as relevant and educational cultural arts learning material when adjusted to the developmental characteristics of first-grade students. Keywords: exploration, Topeng Getak Dance, Elementary School Dance Learning Material   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi Tari Topeng Getak Pamekasan sebagai materi seni budaya siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar. Tari Topeng Getak sebagai warisan budaya Madura berpotensi menjadi media pembelajaran seni yang bermakna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pencipta tari dan guru seni tari kelas 1A, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar gerakan asli Tari Topeng Getak belum dapat dilakukan oleh siswa kelas rendah. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan adaptasi berupa penyederhanaan gerak, penyesuaian tempo musik, serta modifikasi properti yang lebih aman. Hasil eksplorasi disesuaikan dengan capaian pembelajaran seni tari Fase A. Penerapan Tari Topeng Getak dalam pembelajaran tidak hanya melatih keterampilan motorik, tetapi juga memperkenalkan nilai budaya Madura. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Tari Topeng Getak dapat dijadikan materi pembelajaran seni budaya yang relevan dan edukatif apabila disesuaikan dengan karakteristik perkembangan siswa kelas 1.
