The independent curriculum is a new policy issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture as an effort to improve the Indonesian education system. With this change, there are still many schools and teachers who are not ready to implement this independent curriculum, this is due to lack of understanding of the independent curriculum. This study aims to see how ready Pancasila education teachers are in implementing the independent curriculum in SMANs in Tanah Putih sub-district. This is a mixed research model concurrent triangulation study. The results show that 31.66% are "Proficient" stage, 40% are "Ready" stage, 15% are "Developing" stage and 13.33% are "Initial" stage. Based on benchmark, the results obtained are respondents who answered "proficient" plus the results of respondents who answered "ready" (31.66% + 40% = 71.66%). It can be concluded that the readiness of Pancasila Education teachers in SMANs in Tanah Putih sub-district in implementing the independent curriculum is in ready category. Teachers who are the ready and proficient stage are assisted by the PMM feature, training activities (such as IHT and workshops) carried out by the school, participation as a driving teacher so that they can be the proficient and ready stage. Meanwhile, for teachers who are the developing stage because the adaptation process to this curriculum tends to be long and there are still several supporting programs such as training or workshops that have not been carried out and followed. So support is needed from both schools and government in implementing this independent curriculum.
