<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Learning evaluation plays an important role in assessing the success of the teaching and learning process as well as encouraging the improvement of student achievements. With the presence of evaluations, schools can determine the extent of achievements that have been made as well as the shortcomings that still exist in the learning activities. This research aims to analyze the evaluation of the learning process and outcomes of students at UPT SD Negeri 007 Bangkinang, specifically fourth-grade students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document review. The results of the research in the fourth-grade class at UPT SDN 007 Bangkinang show that the learning evaluation has been conducted thoroughly and focuses on improving all student competencies. ABSTRAK Evaluasi pembelajaran berperan penting dalam menilai keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar serta mendorong peningkatan prestasi siswa. Dengan adanya evaluasi, sekolah dapat mengetahui sejauh mana pencapaian yang telah diraih maupun kekurangan yang masih ada dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar siswa di UPT SD Negeri 007 Bangkinang, khususnya siswa kelas IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan meninjau dokumen. Hasil penelitian di kelas IV UPT SDN 007 Bangkinang menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran telah dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan berfokus pada meningkatkan semua kompetensi siswa.]]>
