Abstract

Tujuan studi: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pola pemberian makan dan pendapatan keluarga terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita.Metodologi: Penulisan jurnal ini digunakan pendekatan studi literatur.Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil studi 20 artikelyang dilakukan analisi literature review, dari 5 databaseGoogle Scholar, Portal Garuda, Pubmed, Wiley Library, dan Atlantis Press, didapatkan 20 artikel yang terdiri dari 10 artikelnasional dan 10 artikel internasional, ditemukan 10 artikel pola pemberian makan dan 9 artikel pendapatankeluarga yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita, sedangkan 1 artikel tidak berhubunganpadapendapatankeluargadengankejadianstunting.Manfaat: Bagi peneliti hasil peneliti diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan penelitian serta mampu menjadi landasan yang kuat bagi peneliti selanjutnya, khususnya dalam topik yang menyangkut pola pemberian makan dan pendapatan keluarga dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Bagi institusi khususnya pendidikan keperawatan serta dari hasil penelitian ini mampu menjadi suatu acuan serta informasi untuk peneliti berikutanya pada lingkup yang sama.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Early childhood is a golden age to instill clean and healthy behavioral values (PHBS), so that it has the potential as a change agent to promote PHBS, both in the school environment, family and community. Providing early education about personal hygiene to children, especially how to brush teeth properly can prevent dental caries from rarely brushing teeth. Getting used to washing hands with soap in children can prevent diseases caused by bacteria, such as diarrhea, typhoid, and so on. The purpose of this activity was to improve the health status of pre-school age children through health education about brushing their teeth properly and washing their hands with soap. This activity was carried out in pre-school age children in PAUD Kebun Kita, TK IT Az Zahra, dan PAUD Pelita Bunda, working area of Puskesmas Juanda Samarinda. As a result of this community service activity, all pre-school children was able and enthusiastic in practicing 7 steps of washing hands and how to brush their teeth properly. Pre-school children were also able to answer questions given about the importance of brushing and washing hands. Keywords: education, personal hygiene, G3CTPS
Factors Associated with Exclusive Breastfeeding on Infants Aged 6-12 Months in Harapan Baru Public Health Center, Samarinda Ni Wayan Wiwin Asthiningsih

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding has a great contribution to the growth and development and endurance of children. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2017), exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk that is given to babies from birth for 6 months, without adding and/or replacing with other foods or drinks. There are several factors that can affect the exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine what factors associated exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Harapan Baru Public Health Center, Samarinda. The research design used in this research is descriptive correlational. The sample in this study amounted to 107 infants aged 6-12 months. The sampling technique used cluster sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Chi Square. The results showed that the factors that associated exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of the Harapan Baru Public Health Center, Samarinda were the parity (0.038 < 0.05), employment status (0.040 < 0.05), socioeconomic status (0.017 < 0.05), family support (0.006 < 0.05), early initiation of breastfeeding (0.009 < 0.05). The factors most related to exclusive breastfeeding are family support and early initiation of breastfeeding.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi keperawatan merupakan pendidikan professional yang dilaksanakan melalui pendidikan akademik dan profesi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran klinik merupakan pengalaman real bagi mahasiswa keperawatan untuk mempelajari profesionalisme. Sehingga untuk mendukung proses tersebut diperlukan manajemen pengelolaan pendidikan profesi yang komprehensif. Pelatihan perseptorship ini sangat diharapkan mampu untuk mempersempit kesenjangan pembelajaran di akademi dan diklinik. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta mampu mengaplikasikan dan merancang model bimbingan klinik dengan pendekatan perceptorship. Metode Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah berupa pelatihan yang diadakan selama 3 hari pada tanggal 9-11 Juni 2021. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah sejumlah 30 perawat RSUD Taman Husada Bontang. Dalam Pelatihan ini diadakan Pre dan Post Test terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan Skill dari peserta dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu perseptorship. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk pembimbing klinik dengan pendekatan preseptorship model Approach baik yang sudah pengalaman ataupun yang belum banyak pengalaman namun memiliki ketertarikan menjadi preseptor klinik yang berkualitas. Dalam pelatihan ini peserta belajar: Memahami kurikulum pendidikan Klinik, Konsep preseptorship model, Merancang kegiatan bimbingan klinik berdasarkan kondisi yang dihadapi, Pembinaan hubungan kooperatif dan kolaboratif antara preseptor dan peserta didik, Ketrampilan memberikan feedback, Menilai kemampuan peserta didik dan memahami tugas dan fungsi preseptor klinik yang professional. Pelatihan disampaikan dalam format kuliah didaktif, role play, dan latihan ketrampilan.
