Abstract

Many factors affect HR performance, including job satisfaction factors, communication factors, work experience factors, work discipline factors, leadership factors, competency factors, job training factors and work environment factors. The purposes of this study are 1) To find out and analyse the partial effect of leadership on administrative staff performance, 2) To find out and analyse the partial effect of training on administrative staff performance, 3) To find out and analyse the simultaneous effect of leadership and training on administrative staff performance, 4) To find out and analyse between leadership and training which has the most dominant influence on the performance of administrative employees. In this study, the population that became the object of research was administrative staff of 53 respondents. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no significant effect on administrative staff performance, while training has a partially significant effect on administrative employee performance. From this study it can be seen that leadership style and training variables have a significant simultaneous effect on administrative employee performance. From the results of the study, it can be seen that training has a dominant effect on the performance of administrative employees. Keywords: Leadership Style, Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze whether the Work Environment and Occupational Safety and Health partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and to find out which variable is more dominant on the Performance of Outsourced Employees (Outsourcing) of PT. ISS Indonesia Malang Area . The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS version 22 software. This research uses validity test research, reliability test, regression analysis, multiple linear, determination test, partial test, and simultaneous test. Sempel in this study are outsourced employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Malang Area , the population used is 3 23 employees, because the population is more than 100 and researchers are guided by Arikunto (2006). the researchers took a sample of 25% of 3 23 employees so that the sample was 8 1 employees. P retrieval of primary data using a questionnaire. Based on the results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety have a significant effect on Employee Performance . The Occupational Health Safety variable has a more dominant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Occupational Health Safety, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Human resource management has undergone significant changes over the past decade with the advancement of technology and the digital era. This scoping review aims to explore the latest trends in human resource management in the period 2012-2022 and their implications for human resource development in 2023. The scoping review method was used to collect and analyse related literature from various sources, including journals, books, and online publications. The results show that human resource management has changed to become more strategic, focus on employee development, and adopt new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Some of the latest trends in human capital management include a focus on employee well-being, work flexibility, diversity and inclusion, and digital skills development. The implication of these trends is that human resource development must adapt to these changes, taking into account the needs and expectations of employees and utilising the new technologies available. This scoping review provides a better understanding of the latest trends in human resource management in the digital era in the period 2012-2022, and provides an outlook on how human resource development can be adapted to these changes in 2023. This can make a positive contribution to organisations in facing future challenges and opportunities.
