Abstract

Abstract, In industry 5.0 availability of electricity plays an important role in the economic development of the community. In the villages on the slopes of the mountain there are still some villages that have not been connected to electricity so that the economic activity of the community is disrupted. Micro hydro electricity generation technology can be a solution to overcome the problem of the need for electrical energy in villages around the mountain slopes by utilizing differences in the height of the area and the flow rate of water from the river which has the potential to act as a turbine generator to be used as electricity to flow into the community to support community economic activities around the mountain slope. along with the existence of energy containers, the economy of the people on the slopes of the mountain will develop.

Abstract

This research applies 3D printing technology using ABS filament material in designing the body of an unmanned aircraft. A quantitative approach to the simulation results is used to highlight the technical superiority of unmanned airframes. The analysis includes aspects such as structural strength. These findings provide deep insight into the potential application of 3D printing technology in the aerospace industry, as well as its application to the design, production costs and performance of unmanned aircraft. The research results show that the use of 3D printing with ABS filament has the potential to produce a strong and light aircraft body. From the research, it was found that the ideal layer thickness parameter of 0.1 to 0.2 mm does not exceed half the size of the nozzle diameter of 0.4 mm to produce fine raster fibers on the aircraft body without a crew. From the research it was found that the ideal speed parameter for printing the aircraft body frame unmanned aircraft with ABS filament material at a speed of 30 mm/s to 50 mm/s to produce a stable raster fiber size on the aircraft body and the percentage parameter of a good fill for printing the body frame of an unmanned aircraft is at a value of 20% up to 40%. The research results found the best printing parameters for printing aircraft frames with the parameter formula of 0.15mm 3D layer height, 20% gyroid infill, with a speed of 30mm/s maximum tensile strength reaching 30.7 MPa. By considering the challenges and opportunities associated with the use of 3D printing technology, this research provides a solid foundation for further development in designing and producing unmanned aircraft bodies efficiently and innovatively.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen business capacity and legal compliance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Wringinsongo Village, Malang Regency. The main problems faced by the partners are the lack of knowledge among MSME actors regarding business licensing, product certification, and business administration, which limit their market access and competitiveness. The program was carried out by the community service team of Politeknik Negeri Malang in collaboration with the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Malang Regency. The methods included training sessions, interactive discussions, and technical assistance in managing business legality, such as Business Identification Number (NIB), Home Industry Food Permit (PIRT), halal certification, and trademark registration. The activity involved 30 MSME participants from Wringinsongo Village on August 14, 2025. The results show an increased understanding and awareness of the importance of business legality, as well as practical skills in managing legal documents. Moreover, this activity fostered a collaborative network between MSMEs and the local government, ensuring long-term sustainability of the enterprises. With this assistance, MSMEs in Wringinsongo Village are expected to grow more competitively, achieve higher business professionalism, and contribute to local economic development.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the production capacity and financial management of J&R MSME, a cassava chips producer in Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The main problems faced by the partner are limited production capacity due to manual processes and simple, unorganized financial records. The solutions offered include the implementation of a punch roll dies machine to shorten the production chain and the adoption of digital financial management using the Teman Bisnis application. The methods applied consist of socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in production capacity from 200 kg/day to 250–300 kg/day, as well as improved financial recording with more than 80% of transactions recorded digitally. This program has had a positive impact on productivity, financial transparency, and the potential for job creation in Duwet Village.
