Abstract

Bullying is an act of violence that is carried out both physically, psychologically, mentally and spiritually which causes other people to feel uncomfortable. Bullying behavior can occur anywhere, be it in the home environment, playgrounds, including educational environments, even on social media. The target of the violence usually affects people who are weaker. This action has a negative effect on adolescent mental health, one of which is anxiety. Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest cases of bullying which we have to eliminate so it doesn't become hereditary
