Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah dengan metode regresi linier sederhana, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Selayar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Selayar,kemudian diadakan penarikan sampel  dengan  Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik Accidental Sampling (sampling kebetulan). Tehnik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pada umumnya kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.  Untuk menentukan erat tidaknya pengaruh yang ditunjukkan variable. kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanngan, dapat diperhatikan pada hasil korelasi dengan memakai  standar 0,5. Artinya jika koefisien korelasi > 0,5 makadinyatakan pengaruhnya erat dan jika < 0,5 pengaruhnya lemah.pada hasil korelasi pada tabel 14 terlihat nilai kualitas pelayanan sebesar  -0,042 artinya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap epuasan pelanggan tidak eratatau pengaruhnya lemah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwapengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan tidak erat atau pengaruhnya lemah.

Abstract

This study aims to Analyze Employee Training Methods in Increasing Work Productivity At PT. Bank BRI Branch Branch. This research took place at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia CabangBarru. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Barru Branch, amounting to 50 people with overall sampling or sample saturated. The analytical method used is simple regression analysis using SPSS v 17.Variable software in this research is Method of Training and Productivity work. The results of this study indicate that Training Methods have a positive / significant effect on employee work productivity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Sinar Galesong Mandiri Kota Makassar.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 responden dan teknik yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung.    Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Regresi sederhana digunakan untuk menggambarkan model hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Sinar Galesong Mandiri Kota Makassar memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine factors Employee productivity at PT. Telkom Regional Division VII (Persero) Makassar City, viewed from aspects of education level, work experience and gender. This study uses cross section data on 30 labor respondents at PT. Telkom Regional Division VII (Persero) Makassar. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis using SPSS program. The findings of this study indicate that the factors of labor productivity at PT. Telkom Regional Division VII (Persero) Makassar City consisting of education level, work experience and gender simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Telkom Regional Division VII (Persero) Makassar City Year 2017. This is evidenced by the results based on test results coefficient determination R square obtained 0.477 results. meaning that productivity factors together affect employee performance of 47.7%. the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on linear regression test result got unstandarizedcoefficient value B from education level 0,522, bigger than work experience equal to 0,322. and a smaller gender of 0.211 This means that 52.2%, employee performance is influenced by the level of education. From the results of this study can be concluded that the factors are more dominant in improving employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a positive effect of training implementation. The type of this research is quantitative research whose data consists of primary data and secondary data. Retrieval of data directly from the stock of questionnaires distributed to employees at the office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar. To include these primary data the authors use research instruments in the form of questionnaires and for secondary data from interviews, literature studies such as books, articles, references from various sources, and other related sources. In this research, the sample samples are 50 (fifty) respondents from 100 population who are employees in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar office by determining the number of samples with slovin formula. Simple process analysis is simple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression obtained is Y = 0.312 + 1.086 X. The result of t test shows that thitung = 8,218 with significance value 0,000 <0,05 then Ho and H1, which means there is significant influence on Training variable (X) for employee performance variable (Y).
