Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes of State Vocational High School 3 Tahuna. (2) The influence of learning creativity on learning outcomes of students of State Vocational High School 3 Tahuna. (3) The influence of learning discipline and learning creativity simultaneously on learning outcomes of students of State Vocational High School 3 Tahuna. This study was conducted at State Vocational High School 3 Tahuna. The design of this study is quantitative research with a correlational research approach, using simple regression analysis and multiple regression. From the results of the study: 1) there is a significant influence between learning discipline on student learning outcomes, contributing 34.40%; 2) there is a significant influence between learning creativity on student learning outcomes, contributing 21.60%; 3) there is a significant influence between work discipline and learning creativity simultaneously with student learning outcomes, contributing 37.50%. Thus, increasing learning discipline and competent learning creativity will have the form of discipline in going to school; discipline in following lessons at school; discipline in doing assignments; discipline in studying at home; Discipline in adhering to school rules; curiosity, imagination, originality in expressing ideas, the ability to see problems from various perspectives; and a courageous attitude to take risks will improve learning outcomes in terms of changes in attitudes, morals, and intelligence. With a conducive learning discipline and creativity, it is hoped that it will provide maximum learning outcomes for students. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational technology in supporting lecturers' performance and its contribution to student learning outcomes in the Building Engineering Education Study Program at Manado State University. The research design uses a sequential explanatory approach, starting with a quantitative stage through a survey of 20 lecturers and 100 students, followed by a qualitative stage through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research instruments include a Likert-scale questionnaire, interview guidelines, and classroom observations. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression, and thematic analysis. The results showed that the level of educational technology utilization was in the high category (M = 119.77; SD = 7.11) and lecturer performance was also high (M = 119.13; SD = 7.13). There was a significant positive correlation between educational technology and lecturer performance (r = 0.317; p < 0.01), as well as a direct effect on student achievement (β = 0.189; t = 2.826) and mediating variables such as commitment (β = 0.366; t = 4.038) and learning independence (β = 0.211; t = 2.130). These findings reinforce the theories of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and Task-Technology Fit (TTF), which emphasize the alignment between technology, pedagogy, and content as the foundation for increasing learning effectiveness. The study recommends strengthening lecturers' digital literacy, integrating technology into lesson planning, providing adequate infrastructure, and periodically evaluating the use of educational technology.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at SMK Negeri 3 Tondano with the aim of improving teacher competency in designing and implementing TPACK-based learning and 21st-century skills through the 4C approach, namely communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. The implementation methods included socialization, training, lesson plan development workshops, microteaching, and classroom implementation. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests, observations, and interviews with teachers and students. The training results showed a significant increase in teacher understanding, with the average score increasing from 62.3 to 83.7 with an N-Gain of 0.58. In more detail, TPACK understanding increased from 61.2 to 83.5, 4C implementation from 63.4 to 85.2, HOTS integration from 60.1 to 81.7, and ICT utilization from 64.6 to 86.4. At the microteaching stage, 70% of teachers were able to communicate effectively, 65% facilitated collaborative discussions, and 55% used digital media well. Classroom implementation also had a positive impact on students, with 85 percent finding learning more engaging and 78 percent more motivated. Thus, this training has been proven to improve teacher professionalism while creating a more interactive, collaborative, and relevant learning experience for the needs of the 21st century. This activity recommends continued mentoring, the establishment of a forum for sharing good practices, revisions to suboptimal lesson plans, and digital infrastructure support to strengthen the ongoing implementation of TPACK and 4C.
