Abstract

This study attempts to analyze style leadership influence on the performance of employees at the district ayamaru east maybrat district. The method of analysis the data used was the quantitative analysis. Testing significant through (t-test), using linear regression simple and coefficients determinansi (r2). The population of the research is all employees in Office district ayamaru eastern district maybrat. sample respondents were 48. The primary data was obtained through interviews, the questionnaire and study documentation. from the results of data processing simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for windows version 25 program, the regression equation Y = 7.814 + 0.696X, the regression coefficient value of 0.696 means that every time there is a change and an addition of one percent in the Leadership Style variable, the Employee Performance variable will increase. of 0.696, if the Leadership Style variable is zero, then Employee Performance has a value of 7.814. In the coefficient of determination test, R square is 53.46%, meaning that leadership style has an effect on employee performance by 53.46%, while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study, namely work culture. The results of the t-test, where t count 7.525 > t table 1.6787, it can be said that the Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Tambrauw Regency, West Papua Province. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. significant test through (t-test), using simple linear regression and coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Tambrauw Regency, West Papua Province. All of the population involved in the sample amounted to 54 respondents. Primary data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. From the results of data processing with simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation was obtained. Y = 1.115 + 0.895X, the regression coefficient value of 0.895 means that every time there is a change and addition of one percent to the work discipline variable, the employee performance variable will increase by 0.895 if the work discipline variable is zero, then employee performance has a value of 1.115. In the coefficient of determination test obtained R square 54.4.%, meaning that work discipline affects the quality of service by 54.4%, while the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. The results of the t test, where tcount 7.169 > ttable , it can be said that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Service Quality, Management Agency, Work Dicipline

The coefficient of determination test obtained R square 51.6%. it means that work discipline has an effect on employee performance by 51.6%. while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other factors that are not analyzed in this study.The results of the t-test, where tcount 7.731> from ttable 1.6725, it can be said that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Dicipline Employee
