Urgensi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif melalui dunia pendidikan semakin meningkat seiring dengan Era Society 5.0 serta tuntutan abad ke-21 yang menekankan keterampilan inovatif, keberlanjutan, dan literasi teknologi. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran green chemistry dalam membangun jiwa kewirausahaan siswa melalui proyek pembuatan susu berbahan biji-bijian dengan penerapan model C-R-E-A-T-E (Connecting, Restructuring, Elaborating, Applying, Tasking, Evaluating) berbasis Deep Learning (DL), Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), dan Artificial Intelligence (AI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design-based Research (DbR) yang dilaksanakan dalam empat siklus iteratif. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa SMA di Kota Bandung yang dipilih secara purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi TCOF (Teaching for Creativity Observation Form) untuk menilai dimensi pedagogi kreatif guru, serta lembar observasi aktivitas dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi produk, dan wawancara. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola kreativitas, pemahaman konsep kimia hijau, dan potensi ekonomi produk yang dibuat oleh siswa sebagai sumber inspirasi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi model C- R-E-A-T-E berbasis DL-ESD-AI mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa, mendorong kreativitas multidimensi (ekologis, sosial, dan teknologi), serta menghasilkan produk susu nabati yang layak secara nutrisi dan bernilai jual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kurikulum berbasis proyek dan pelatihan guru untuk mendukung ekonomi kreatif di lingkungan pendidikan. Abstract The urgency of developing the creative economy through the world of education is increasing in line with the Society 5.0 Era and the demands of the 21st century that emphasize innovative skills, sustainability, and technological literacy. This paper aims to examine the effectiveness of green chemistry learning in building students' entrepreneurial spirit through a project to make milk from grains with the application of the C-R-E-A-T-E (Connecting, Restructuring, Elaborating, Applying, Tasking, Evaluating) model based on Deep Learning (DL), Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This research uses the Design-based Research (DbR) method which is carried out in four iterative cycles. The subjects of the study were 20 high school students in the city of Bandung who were selected purposively. The instruments used include TCOF (Teaching for Creativity Observation Form) to assess the dimensions of teachers' creative pedagogy, as well as observation sheets of student activities and involvement in the learning process. Data is collected through direct observation, product documentation, and interviews. Data processing is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner with thematic analysis to identify patterns of creativity, understanding of green chemistry concepts, and the economic potential of products made by students as a source of inspiration for creative economy development. The results of the study show that the integration of the DL-ESD-AI-based C-R-E-A-T-E model is able to increase student active engagement, encourage multidimensional creativity (ecological, social, and technological), and produce plant-based dairy products that are nutritionally viable and have a selling value. This study recommends strengthening project-based curriculum and teacher training to support the creative economy in the educational environment.
