Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik utama perencanaan pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi dinamika perubahan zaman, khususnya pada era digital dan globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan teknik dokumentasi dalam mengumpulkan berbagai literatur yang relevan mengenai manajemen dan perencanaan pendidikan Islam. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten secara induktif melalui proses reduksi data, klasifikasi tematik, dan sintesis teoritis sehingga tersusun tujuh karakteristik utama perencanaan pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pendidikan Islam masa depan harus memenuhi tujuh indikator strategis, yaitu berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, kontekstual terhadap tantangan zaman, holistik dan komprehensif, berorientasi pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, berwawasan global namun tetap berakar pada nilai Islam, serta bersifat partisipatif dan kolaboratif antar pemangku kepentingan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan Islam memiliki peluang besar untuk menjadi sistem pendidikan yang berdaya saing global apabila perencanaannya disusun secara visioner, profesional, dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai keislaman yang kuat. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan kebijakan, strategi manajerial, serta peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan Islam di masa depan.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the application of ethics, rights, and work discipline in human resource management in Islamic educational institutions. Human resources in the context of Islamic education are not only oriented towards intellectual and professional abilities, but also towards the formation of moral integrity, good character, and spiritual responsibility for the tasks undertaken. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review sourced from scientific journal and modern literature relevant to Islamic education management. The results show that the application of Islamic work ethics based on the values of trust, honesty, and justice can foster a harmonious, fair, and productive work environment. In addition, respect for the rights of educators and the establishment of a culture of continuous discipline are key to increasing professionalism and work loyalty. Thus, Islamic value-based HR management is not only oriented towards organizational efficiency, but also towards spiritual development and work welfare that is considered worship.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought changes in various areas of life, including Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools. One form of influential technological innovation is the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in management and learning systems. This article aims to analyze the role of AI in supporting the management of AK (Akhlakul Karimah) learning at the Nurul Ikhlas Modern Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Data was collected from various sources such as journals, books, and research reports relevant to the theme of AI integration and Islamic education. The results of this study indicate that (1) AI plays a role in automating the AK learning management administration process, which is carried out in three stages of learning, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. This application is carried out by integrating the use of AI platforms such as Chat GPT, Canva, Assemblr Edu, and Quizizz. (2) opens up opportunities for the development of more adaptive Islamic education models. However, the implementation of AI requires careful preparation in terms of IT infrastructure, human resources, and a multidisciplinary collaborative approach. It is concluded that with adequate preparation, AI can make a significant contribution to innovation in Islamic education systems in the digital age. Further research is needed to formulate contextual guidelines for the implementation of AI in Islamic education settings.
