Abstract

Islamic educational planning is a strategic process that determines the direction, policy, and implementation of educational systems grounded in the values of the Qur’an and Sunnah. This article aims to explore in depth the principles of Islamic educational planning and their relevance to the challenges of modernity and globalization. This study employs a library research method by analyzing various classical and contemporary scholarly sources discussing theories and practices of educational planning from an Islamic perspective. The findings indicate that Islamic educational planning is based on several core principles: comprehensiveness, systematicity, participation, relevance, flexibility, justice, efficiency, accountability, and spirituality. These principles assert that Islamic education aims not only at achieving academic or material outcomes but also at developing students’ character and morality. Integrating spiritual values and professionalism is essential for ensuring quality and competitiveness in Islamic education. This paradigm allows Islamic education to remain adaptive to the dynamics of modern society while preserving its transcendental foundations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept and importance of teamwork in Islamic education from a human resource management perspective. Teamwork is considered a key factor in improving the effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions, both in academic management and character development. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature study method. Data were collected from books, national and international journal articles, and relevant official documents related to teamwork, human resource management, and Islamic education, particularly publications from the last ten years. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that teamwork in Islamic education functions not only as a managerial strategy but also as an embodiment of Islamic values such as ukhuwah (brotherhood), syura (consultation), amanah (trustworthiness), and itqan (professionalism). Effective implementation of teamwork contributes to improved learning quality, stronger collaborative culture, and the achievement of Islamic educational goals. However, several challenges remain, including sectoral ego, ineffective communication, differing institutional visions, and weak leadership. Therefore, professional human resource management grounded in Islamic values is essential to strengthen teamwork in Islamic education

Abstract

The main issue addressed in this study is the limited involvement of teachers in decision-making and the low level of appreciation, which impacts organisational loyalty. This study aims to analyse the influence of female transformational leadership on teacher loyalty at SMAN 4 Sijunjung. A qualitative method with a case study design was employed. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, and were subsequently analysed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that female transformational leadership is implemented through moral exemplarity, participatory communication, and Islamic values such as amanah, musyawarah, and rahmah. These practices build trust and strengthen teachers’ emotional loyalty to the organisation. These findings confirm that a humanistic-religious leadership approach contributes to strengthening the school’s organisational culture. This study is limited to a single location with a limited number of informants and therefore cannot yet be widely generalised. Further research is recommended to involve more schools and employ a mixed-methods approach to obtain a more comprehensive picture
