Abstract

Regional development engineering in coastal areas, tidal land reclamation, delta area reclamation and port planning, tidal knowledge is very important. Tides mainly occur due to the gravitational forces of the moon, sun, and other planets. The influence of different gravitational forces can be predicted precisely because the rotation and revolutionary movements of the earth, moon, sun, and other planets take place with very high order. The tidal period every day is mainly determined by the rotation of the earth with a 24-hour period. Influence of the sun even though its attraction is only half that of the lunar pull, its influence should not be ignored As understood months around the earth with a period of about 29.5 days. When the position of the moon-earth-sun is in line, the tidal forces of the sun and moon strengthen each other. At that time spring tide occurred. Whereas if the sun-earth forms an angle of 90 degrees, then the minimum tides occur (neap tide). The two conditions are about 7 days old, according to the moon's revolution. Because of the influence of the inertia of the mass of water, the spring and neap tide occur between one and three days after these extreme conditions occur. In short-term studies often researchers take extreme conditions, namely during the tidal peak and peak tide (spring tide), because it does not require a long time compared to researching during a longer tide period. The research approach that will be carried out is whether the tide and peak peaks still occur 1-3 days after the full moon and the dead moon, whether there is a change in the height of the tide and ebb during a certain period due to global warming. As a result of global warming, it is also an effect on the water level of the Barito River. There was a decrease in the maximum water level which previously was around 3 m, now only around 2 m, the minimum water level previously around 2 m was now below 1 m. This will affect the hydrotopographic conditions of tidal swamp land, land that was previously type A can change to type B and so on. The highest tides on the Barito River often occur in the dead months, namely the 1st and 29th of the Hijri.

Abstract

On the project Periodic Maintenance of Road Sungai Lakum Pasar Kamis is a project implemented using heavy equipment. By using heavy equipment, will facilitate and accelerate the course of the project. The tools used must be considered maintenance, because it is very influential on the production tools and costs incurred for the use of the tool. This study aims to analyze the use of heavy equipment in the periodic Maintenance Project of road Sungai Lakum Pasar Kamis by using theoretical analysis based on field data. Analyzing the calculation is the productivity and cost of the equipment on the scope of work that is the work of the land, widening work and road shoulder work, grinding pavement work, and asphalt work, using Excel program as a tool in data processing so that the achievement of the use of heavy equipment available in finish the job. Based on the calculation obtained the price of theoretical analysis unit based on field data for the work of preferred stockpiles from the source of Rp. 310.994.714,2; Class B aggregate base layer Rp. 76.127.086,04; Aggregate base layer with hill excavation Rp. 59.705.050,39; Class A base aggregate layer Rp. 204.703.029,9; Asphalt lining resap coat liquid Rp. 3.038.436,28; Lataston coating foundation Rp. 306.997.682,6. Where the calculation of unit price based on field data is smaller than the unit price of the bid data.

Abstract

Banjarbaru is one of the cities in South Borneo, which has developed very rapidly in line with the growth of population and the physical building. This has implications for the decreasing availability of water catchment areas. Therefore it is necessary to built recharge wells to avoid a puddle of water on the surface. This study aimed to quantify the discharge of rain and water for ablution, plan dimensions and the number of recharge wells and budget plans for a large mosque in Banjarbaru. The infiltration wells design using Sunjoto formula. To determine the coefficient of permeability of the soil, tested in the field by using a double ring infiltrometer and testing in the laboratory by using Constant Head Test. This Tests on three major mosques in Banjarbaru , the first is Al-Munawaroh Mosque, Jami Hidayatul Muhajirin Mosque, and Al-Baythar Mosque. The result is Al-Munawaroh Mosque designed infiltration wells depth of 5 m at a cost of one unit of infiltration wells Rp. 4,842,900.00, whereas for Hidayatul Muhajirin Mosque Al-Baythar Mosque designed depth of 3 m at a cost of one unit of infiltration wells Rp. 3,406,700.00. Keywords: infiltration wells, budget plan, Banjarbaru Mosque
