Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh dari penambahan dedak rumput laut organik pada beberapa level dalam ransum yaitu konsumsi pakan, produksi telur serta nilai dari konversi pakan (Feed Conversion Ratio) ayam petelur. Bahan uji berupa dedak rumput laut organik berasal dari limbah industri pengolahan agar-agar. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Desa Pegelaran, Kabupaten Malang, pada 29 September–4 November 2025. Sebanyak 160 ekor ayam petelur strain Lohmann Brown, umur 9 bulan digunakan sebagai hewan percobaan. Penelitian ini menerapkan rancangan acak lengkap menggunakan empat perlakuan serta empat ulangan. P0 (0%), P1 (5%), P2 (10%), dan P3 (15%), dedak rumput laut dalam ransum pakan. Hasil analisis ragam dapat diketahui bahwa penambahan dedak rumput laut organik sampai taraf 15%, tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap konsumsi pakan, produksi telur, maupun konversi pakan.Kata kunci : dedak rumput laut organik, ayam petelur, konsumsi pakan, produksi telur, serta konversi pakan THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIC SEAWEED BRAN SUPPLEMENTATION ON FEED INTAKE, EGG PRODUCTION, AND FEED CONVERSION IN LAYING HENS AbstractThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of adding organic seaweed bran at several levels in the ration, namely feed consumption, egg production, and the value of the feed conversion ratio (FCR) of laying hens. The test material was organic seaweed bran derived from waste from the agar-agar processing industry. The experiment was conducted in Pegelaran Village, Malang Regency, on September 29–November 4, 2025. A total of 160 Lohmann Brown strain laying hens, aged 9 months, were used as experimental animals. This study implemented a completely randomized design with four treatments and four replications. P0 (0%), P1 (5%), P2 (10%), and P3 (15%), seaweed bran in the feed ration. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the addition of organic seaweed bran up to 15% did not affect feed consumption, egg production, or feed conversion.
