Abstract

This study analyzes the learning achievements of Pancasila values in the PPKn subject within the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the elementary school level. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design involving teachers, the principal, and students in grades IV to VI at SD Negeri 1 Galang Tinggi, which has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that Pancasila values are implemented through active learning such as projects, problem-based activities, and group work. Students demonstrate a good understanding of Pancasila values in the cognitive aspect, but reinforcement is needed in attitudes and skills. Factors determining success include teacher competence, role modeling, parental support, school culture, facilities, and the social environment. This study contributes to strengthening character education based on Pancasila values in elementary schools.
