Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyintesis model konseptual penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai Islam di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan (PTK) serta menganalisis tren publikasi terkait dalam satu dekade terakhir (2015-2025). Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, penelitian ini menelaah artikel jurnal dari database Scopus dan Google Scholar. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk memetakan pola integrasi nilai dan dampak manajerialnya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai kenabian (Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah) ke dalam empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional Bass menciptakan varian model kepemimpinan khas PTK yang efektif. Model ini mampu meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berbasis Islam dan kinerja dosen melalui mekanisme motivasi transendental (niat ibadah) dan keteladanan (Uswah Hasanah). Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya reformasi kriteria seleksi pimpinan PTK yang lebih menekankan pada integritas moral-spiritual serta pengembangan kurikulum pelatihan manajerial berbasis nilai Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between participation in extracurricular activities and the development of responsibility and leadership among high school students. Using a qualitative approach involving observations and interviews with active students, the research reveals that involvement in extracurriculars significantly enhances social skills, decision-making ability, and self-awareness. Furthermore, such engagement provides real opportunities for students to practice leadership in a supportive context. The findings highlight the vital role of extracurricular programs in shaping character and leadership competence in the younger generation.
