Abstract

Abstract : Business competition in the world of digital technology is very tight, there are factors that influence the world of digital business, for example consumer satisfaction which is very important in influencing the sustainability of digital technology business, especially in the electronics sector, in the companies Apple Inc, Oppo Electronics Crop, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, Vivo and Xiomi Corporation, is one of the biggest challenges for these companies that provide smartphones, This study is to determine the quality of products, design and features on consumer satisfaction of smartphones among Gen Z students in Jember Regency. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative method with an Accidental Sampling sampling technique of 100 respondents, the data collected will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine the relationship between independent and dependent, the results of the study show that product quality variables do not have a positive and insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction, design and feature variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, these findings are expected to provide insight for Apple Inc, Oppo Electronics Crop, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, Vivo and Xiomi Corporation in finding more effective and efficient marketing strategies for the company.
