Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya peningkatan kapasitas guru dalam mengidentifikasi potensi produk hasil praktik mata pelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK).Peningkatan kapasitas mencakup hard skill analitis untuk memetakan produk unggulan berbasis kurikulum serta soft skill pedagogis dalam memahami dan menilai hasil praktik siswa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan melatih guru Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) di SMKN 1 Borong agar mampu menyusun peta produk unggulan yang relevan dengan kompetensi kurikulum. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama satu hari melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi kelompok, dan workshop berbasis kurikulum, dengan melibatkan 8 guru DPIB. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan lima butir pertanyaan prepost diskusi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas guru pada tiga aspek: ketepatan dalam mengidentifikasi produk praktik, kemampuan memetakan produk ke kompetensi kurikulum, serta kemampuan menjelaskan nilai dan potensi pengembangan produk. Peningkatan ini terlihat dari semakin kompleksnya jawaban, kejelasan kategorisasi, dan ketepatan identifikasi. Empat produk unggulan berhasil dipetakan, yaitu desain gambar bangunan rumah, RAB, survei lokasi, dan maket.Abstract: This community service activity is driven by the need to strengthen teachers’ capacity in identifying potential products resulting from practical subjects in vocational high schools (SMK). The capacity-building focus includes analytical hard skills for mapping curriculum-based flagship products and pedagogical soft skills related to understanding and assessing students’ practical work. The activity aims to train Building Information and Modeling Design (DPIB) teachers at SMKN 1 Borong to systematically map flagship curriculum products aligned with targeted competencies. The one-day training consisted of material presentations, group discussions, and curriculum-based workshops, involving 8 DPIB teachers. Evaluation was conducted using five pre–post structured questions. The analysis shows improved teacher capacity in three aspects: accurate identification of practical products, proper mapping of products to curriculum competencies, and the ability to explain product value and development potential. These improvements were reflected in more complex responses, clearer categorization, and more precise identification. Four flagship products were successfully mapped: residential building drawings, cost estimates (RAB), site surveys, and scale model.
