Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pelatihan digitalisasi wisata Goa Kelambu dan Camping Ground di Desa Silungkang Oso dilaksanakan sebagai upaya mendukung pengembangan desa wisata berbasis teknologi informasi. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat, khususnya kelompok pengelola wisata dan pemerintah desa, dalam memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana promosi destinasi wisata. Peningkatan kapasitas mencakup penguatan hard skill berupa kemampuan teknis dalam membuat dan mengelola website desa wisata, menyusun peta wisata digital, serta memanfaatkan QR-Code sebagai media informasi. Selain itu, peningkatan soft skill juga menjadi fokus pelatihan, antara lain kemampuan komunikasi digital, kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan konten wisata, serta kemampuan mengambil keputusan berbasis data promosi. Pelatihan ini melibatkan tim dosen pembimbing dan mahasiswa yang telah melakukan observasi serta identifikasi kebutuhan mitra sebelumnya. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 anggota kelompok sadar wisata dan 23 orang ibu-ibu PKK, dan dilaksanakan di kantor Desa Silungkang Oso. Materi utama yang diberikan meliputi pembuatan dan pemanfaatan QR-Code, pengelolaan website desa wisata, serta penyusunan peta wisata digital. Evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan melalui observasi proses, wawancara singkat, dokumentasi, serta instrumen pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui capaian peningkatan pemahaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam memahami digitalisasi wisata dan mempraktikkan pembuatan media promosi digital dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 70%. Implementasi pelatihan ini menghasilkan sarana promosi wisata yang lebih modern dan mudah diakses sehingga memperkuat branding wisata serta mendorong kemandirian masyarakat dalam pengelolaan destinasi berbasis teknologi.Abstract: The Goa Kelambu and Camping Ground tourism digitization training program in Silungkang Oso Village was conducted as an effort to support the development of information technology-based tourism villages. This program aims to increase the capacity of the community, particularly tourism management groups and village governments, in utilizing digital media as a means of promoting tourist destinations. Capacity building includes strengthening hard skills in the form of technical abilities in creating and managing tourism village websites, compiling digital tourist maps, and utilizing QR codes as a medium of information. In addition, soft skills improvement is also a focus of the training, including digital communication skills, collaboration in tourism content management, and the ability to make decisions based on promotional data. This training involves a team of supervising lecturers and students who have previously conducted observations and identified the needs of partners. This activity was attended by 25 members of the tourism awareness group and 23 women from the PKK (Family Welfare Movement), and was held at the Silungkang Oso Village office. The main materials covered included the creation and use of QR codes, management of tourism village websites, and the development of digital tourism maps. The training was evaluated through process observation, brief interviews, documentation, and pre-test and post-test instruments to determine the level of understanding gained. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' skills in understanding tourism digitalization and practicing the creation of digital promotional media, with an average increase of 70%. The implementation of this training resulted in more modern and accessible tourism promotion tools, thereby strengthening tourism branding and encouraging community independence in technology-based destination management.
