Abstract

Assessment has an important role in determining the diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan. In an effort to increase access and effectiveness of rehabilitation, this research aims to develop a mobile application that is able to report the results of post-stroke patient pose assessment remotely. Telemedicine approaches in post-stroke rehabilitation have become increasingly popular, allowing patients to access rehabilitation services remotely. This is especially beneficial for patients who live in remote areas or have limited mobility. Telemedicine also allows for real-time patient monitoring, allowing adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed. The mobile app is designed to provide easy access to rehabilitation programs that can be tailored to individual patient needs. In addition to making access easier, this application is equipped with a monitoring feature that allows health professionals to follow patient progress in detail. Data collected from patients' daily exercise and activities provides valuable insight into their progress, which can be used in tailoring rehabilitation plans in real-time. The development of this mobile application technology has great potential to improve rehabilitation outcomes for post-stroke patients. Testing by three experts with two experts as healthy patients and stroke patients, as well as one patient who acts as a medical personel to monitor, shows that from the graph, healthy patients tend to be consistent. On the other hand, post-stroke patients tend to be inconsistent. These results indicate that this application is effective for identifying patient movements during the rehabilitation process. Although there are several obstacles, such as delays in predictions on some devices, this application has great potential to improve the quality of life of post-stroke patients. Thus, the development of a pose detection application for remotely assessing the progress of physiotherapy in post-stroke patients has great potential in improving rehabilitation outcomes. The app facilitates patient access to appropriate, personalized and effective care, while providing medical personnel with objective and accurate data for monitoring and adjusting rehabilitation plans. This is a significant step in advancing the care of post-stroke patients.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the MyTest system as a web-based learning evaluation medium for Informatics subjects in Grade X at SMK Teuku Umar Semarang and to evaluate its feasibility and user acceptance. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were collected through expert validation, Black Box testing, and a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaire involving 60 students. The feasibility validation results showed that the material expert assessment obtained an average percentage of 90%, while the media expert assessment obtained 94%, indicating that the MyTest system was categorized as highly feasible. User acceptance was analyzed based on four TAM constructs, namely Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Behavioral Intention (BI). The results showed that PEOU obtained 91.3%, PU 90.75%, ATU 89.6%, and BI 86.8%, all indicating high levels of user acceptance. These findings indicate that the MyTest system is feasible for use and well accepted by students as a web-based learning evaluation medium.

Abstract

Electronics Engineering learning requires students’ active involvement in understanding problems and analyzing circuits in a contextual manner. Problem-Based Learning (PBL) assisted by EveryCircuit can support this process through problem-solving activities and interactive circuit simulation. This study aims to analyze the profile of students’ responses to the implementation of PBL assisted by EveryCircuit in Electronics Engineering learning. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 36 students as the subjects. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 10 statements using a 4-point Likert scale covering aspects of PBL and EveryCircuit. Data analysis was conducted using score percentages and student response categories. The results showed that the overall student response obtained a percentage of 77.08%, categorized as good. The response to the PBL aspect reached 78.06%, while the EveryCircuit aspect obtained 76.11%; both were categorized as good. The highest response was found in the group discussion indicator, with a percentage of 81.25%, while the lowest response was found in students’ interest in using EveryCircuit to learn other electronic circuits, with a percentage of 73.61%. These findings indicate positive student acceptance of the integration of PBL and EveryCircuit and provide an overview of students’ experiences in participating in problem-based learning supported by simulation media.
