Abstract

The transformation of Islamic da'wah through digital technology is an urgent need in the modern era. This study analyzes digital content training at SMK YPC Cintawana in improving the skills of students in the production and distribution of digital da'wah. With a qualitative approach to case studies, the results of this study show that this training improves students' abilities in videography, graphic design, copywriting, and digital communication strategies. Social media, YouTube, and podcasts help expand the reach of da'wah interactively. However, challenges such as cultural adaptation of Islamic boarding schools, limited infrastructure, and lack of understanding of digital communication strategies are still obstacles. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the digital curriculum, increase access to technology through external cooperation, and establish a pesantren media center. This strategy is expected to be able to make pesantren a modern da'wah center that still maintains Islamic values in the digital era.

Abstract

Public order in urban areas shows dynamics that require attention in an effort to maintain social order, especially related to the role of the police in the city of Bandung as an institution that interacts directly with the community. This study aims to analyze the role of the police in law enforcement against public order by examining the suitability between legal norms and practices in the field. The problem is focused on the implementation of law enforcement and the process of forming community compliance in daily social life, including through interaction and communication between the apparatus and the community. In order to approach this problem, a reference to legal system theory is used which emphasizes the relationship between the substance of the law, the structure of law enforcement, and the legal culture of the community. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with police officers and the public, limited observations in public spaces, and literature studies of laws and regulations and journal articles, then analyzed qualitatively using an empirical juridical approach. The results of the study show that the enforcement of order has taken place through supervision, regulation, and control activities, and accompanied by efforts to coach the community. This study concludes that law enforcement in maintaining order needs to be understood as a sustainable process that prioritizes a balance between the implementation of rules, fostering legal awareness, and community involvement. This research contributes by showing that interaction between the apparatus and the community is an important part in understanding the relationship between legal norms and social practices.

Abstract

The increasing presence of religious content in broadcasting media has raised concerns about regulatory compliance, especially in areas with a significant number of religious broadcasting institutions. West Java, as Indonesia's province with the most broadcasting facilities, provides a relevant context for examining compliance among religious broadcasters. This study analyzes compliance patterns, types of violations, and regulatory interventions related to religious broadcasting in West Java from 2021 to 2024. Using a qualitative case study design, data were gathered through document analysis, observations, interviews, KPID West Java monitoring reports, violation records, and regulatory documents. Participants and sources were purposefully selected, and the data were analyzed thematically and validated through triangulation. The findings indicate that, of 476 broadcasting institutions in West Java, 32 adopted religious formats, including two television stations and 30 radio stations. Most violations occurred between 2021 and 2022 and included issues such as discriminatory policies, inaccurate broadcasts, unbalanced reporting, and content that could incite social conflict. In response to these violations, KPID West Java enhanced enforcement efforts through written warnings, clarifications, collaborative partnerships, and the issuance of Circular Letter No. 1 of 2022 on religious broadcasting content. Following these interventions, no violations were recorded in 2023, while only one case emerged in 2024, underscoring the importance of sustained supervision and collaboration
