Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting dalam dimensi kehidupan manusia ialah emosi yang merupakan anugrah Tuhan kepada manusia sejak lahir. Studi ini menyajikan temuan sejumlah data dan direpresentasikan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna ekspresi emosi secara verbal maupun nonverbal melalui aspek visual, yaitu tayangan animasi anak-anak. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian disusun secara sistematis yang terdiri atas analisis data hingga simpulan penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis konten sebagai teknik utama dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 10 data emosi kegembiraan pada tokoh Rarra dalam animasi Nussa Season 1. Fokus penelitian ini ialah mengidentifikasi emosi kegembiraan berdasarkan ekspresi dan perilaku bahasa melalui pendekatan psikoliguistik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat untuk mengembangkan studi literatur mengenai analisis emosi dalam bentuk audiovisual, khususnya bagi peneliti lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professionalism of Indonesian language teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in class XI at SMAN 1 Bojonegara and compare it with the standards of teacher professionalism in Singapore. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and interviews with Indonesian language teachers. The results showed that teachers had demonstrated professionalism through lesson planning based on the curriculum, adjusting materials to student needs, using relevant learning strategies, managing classrooms effectively, and implementing routine reflection and evaluation. However, when compared to Singaporean standards, teacher professionalism still differs, especially in the aspects of learning differentiation, continuous professional development, and structured institutional support. These findings indicate that teachers are on the right track but still require continuous support to optimize their professional practices.

Abstract

In the VUCA era, multi-unit educational institutions face dual challenges: maintaining policy cohesion between the board of trustees and the loosely coupled operating units, and ensuring that teacher involvement is not merely formal. This study aims to analyze micro-deliberation practices in educational management at Yayasan Nasyrul Ulum — an institution overseeing MTs, MA, MDTA, and a boarding school — and examine how the mechanism integrates teacher consultations with the foundation's policies. The qualitative approach used was a case study strategy, involving in-depth online interviews with key informants, who were purposely selected from the teaching staff. Data analysis was conducted inductively by connecting field findings to the mixed-scanning theory, open social systems, and loose coupling. The results of the study show three main findings: first, the loosely coupled structure of the foundation's units creates scheduling asymmetries and managerial blind spots that cannot be overcome with a deterministic approach; second, the teaching team proactively initiates micro-deliberation — internal discussions of four people before formal meetings — as a mechanism for filtering ideas, resulting in proposals based on consensus and technically validated; third, the top-down policies of the foundation's leadership are not final orders, but rather adaptive experiments (focused trial and error) that can be evaluated by teachers as practitioners in the field. The study concludes that micro-deliberation is a strategic instrument that bridges the gap between teacher deliberation and foundation policy, and that the mixed-scanning approach is the most relevant model for decision-making in the context of multi-unit educational institutions in Indonesia.
