Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio and earning per share on stock prices in Automotive and Component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The sample of this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study is to use quantitative descriptive research methods. The method of determining the sample of this study using purpose sampling, the result current ratio and earning per share simultaneously have an influence on stock prices. Current ratio partially has an influence on stock prices. Earning per share partially has an influence on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of current ratio and return on assets on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. Based on purposive sampling techniques, samples were obtained from food and beverage sub-sector companies. The analysis method used is multiple and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study shows that the current ratio does not have a significant effect on profit growth. Return on assets has a positive and significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

To determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Marga at the Main Cikampek Toll Gate. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The study population was all employees of PT. Jasa Marga who served at the Main Cikampek Toll Gate. This research sampling technique using simple random sampling. This study used a sample size with the Slovin formula. Analysis method with simple and multiple linear regression. The result partially or simultaneous training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Marga Main Cikampek Toll Gate is good.

Abstract

Hutama Karya (Persero) runs its business in the construction field, of course it has goals and targets to be achieved. Achievement of company goals can not be separated from what is given or the contribution of the work of each individual employee in it. Discussing a person's performance according to Payaman (2005) there are three factors that affect the performance of employees or employees, namely individual factors, organizational support, and management support. Research by Riri, and Anita (2016) and I Wayan Sutya Kumara and I Wayan Utama (2016) revealed that training affected employee performance. Then Watie (2016) and Fernanda M.B, Christoffel, and Frederik G. (2017) revealed that motivational training is also important for shaping employee performance.

Abstract

The increasing demand for two-wheeled motorized vehicles, is an opportunity that continues to be considered to win the existing market competition. Customer loyalty is the key to winning an automotive competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously or partially on customer loyalty of PT. Astra Honda Motor Narogong Bekasi. This study involved 84 respondents. The results showed that service quality and customer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of simultaneous and partial competence and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk Bekasi City. The method used is quantitative method using regression analysis. The results of the study reveal that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of competence and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Bekasi City is one of the cities administratively directly adjacent to the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia, namely DKI Jakarta. Seeing this condition, it is certainly a problem in dealing with various demands for administrative services. The reason for the high demand for this service is that most people who live in Bekasi City are people who work in DKI Jakarta and cause people in Bekasi City to always compare the services provided by DKI Jakarta with Bekasi City. To maximize the services provided by the Bekasi City government, qualified human resources are needed and are able to provide the best service for the community. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Bekasi City Regional Revenue Agency. The method used is quantitative method using regression analysis. This study involved 60 research respondents. The results of the study reveal that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and communication on the performance of PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a survey system. The population in this study were employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS, totaling 30 employees. Researchers took and used all populations to be sampled using the method of multiple linear regression analysis and simple. The results showed that 1). Together leadership and communication greatly affect the performance of employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment, 2). That leadership influences employee performance at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment. 3). The results showed that communication affects the performance of employees at PT. DKI Jakarta Regional Office BPJS Employment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of competence and motivation to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung. The research method was used by Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causalistic relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using Slovin formula which further in sampling with simple random sampling method. This can be done because the characteristics of respondents in this research was homogeneous, that is the employees of PT. Mutiara Agung. Based on the results of this research, there is a significant influence between competence and motivation variables to employee performance PT. Mutiara Agung, with using F test, where F count is bigger than F table (38,365> 3,214). Conclusion: There is significant influence which is explained by result from R square is 0,641 which mean that competence and motivation variable give contribution equal to 64,1% to employee performance variable, while the rest equal to 35,9% was donated by other variable which not examined. Suggestions that the authors convey to the company is the competence contained in the company should still be improved and the leader provides motivation to employees such as with rewards on employees' achievment.
