Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is a very important thing in an organization's efforts to achieve its goals, so it is important to pay attention to the variables that influence it. Satisfied employees tend to be more committed and loyal to the company so that employee work productivity will increase and ultimately this will affect the company's profit level. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether workload, intrinsic motivation, and work-life balance influence employee job satisfaction, and are the variables the dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Integrated Waste Processing Site in Mengwitani, Badung Regency? The population of 70 employees were used as respondents in the research, therefore this research used the census method in determining the sample. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive, validity and reliability analysis of research instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis, t test, F test, and Beta coefficient. The conclusion of the research results, based on the results of statistical tests, is that workload has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, work-life balance has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of the F statistical test show that workload, intrinsic motivation and work-life balance have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of the Beta coefficient show that intrinsic motivation has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction.
