Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan turnover intention pada Losari Hotel Sunset Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sensus, dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur atau parth analysis, yang sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik yang diolah dengan  program SPSS 17.0 for windows. Hasil analisis penunjukkan bahwa 1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi; 2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intentions; dan 3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turniver intentions karyawan pada Losari Hotel Sunset Bali. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen diharapkan lebih memperhatikan kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi untuk menurunkan turnover intentions. Pihak menajemen perlu melakukan meningkatkan kepuasan gaji sesuai dengan beban kerja, meningkatkan komitmen afektif yang menanamkan persepsi karyawan bahwa meninggalkan perusahaan akan menimbulkan biaya dan resiko yang tinggi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan lebih dari perusahaan lainnya untuk menurunkan turnover karyawan. Kata kunci: Kepusan Kerja, Komitmen, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Badung Regency is the one of the primary distination area of migrant inBali Province. It’s caused by the development conducted tend to concentrate tothis region, and it’s reflected by the concentration of some activities as well as thecenter of government, economy and trade, education, health services, and thecenter of tourism.The objectives of this rescarch are to know the different of marginalpropensity to consume (MPC) between nonpermanent migrant workers from Baliand outside Bali; the effect of income, education, and remittances on consumptionspending of nonpermanent migrant workers simultaneously; the effect of income,education, and remittances on consumption spending partially; and to know thedominant variable that influence to consumption spending. In this research wasprimary data from 160 respondents of two villages in Badung Regency thase areJimbaran and Dalung. Technique of data analysis is used simple linearregression, multiple linear regression, clasic assumption test, F-test, t-test andanalysis of dominant variable.Some findings of this research are: that the MPC’s of nonpermanentmigrant workers is still low, as well as the MPC’s of nonpermanent migrantworkers from Bali is 0,248 and 0,133 for nonpermanent migrant workers fromoutside Bali. Simultaneously, the income, education, and remittance variables aresignificantly influential to consumption spending of nonpermanent migrantworkers at level of significant 1 percent. Pertially, the income, education, andremittance variables are also significantly influential to consumption spending ofnonpermanent migrant workers at level of significant 1 percent. The last findingthat income is the most dominant variable have an effect to consumption spendingof nonpermanent migrant workers.In relation with aboved conclusions can be suggested: Firstly, the usingremittances thas sent by nonpermanent migrant workers to its origin in order toproductive activities so thas can push the origin area. Secondly, thenonpermanent migrant workers have to pay attention to the environmentalcondition compatibility in distination area, like to participate in social activitiesand to maintain the cleanlines environment in distination area.

Abstract

Quality of service is a key factor in the success of a company that is engaged in services such as salons, hospitals, banks, and hotels. The banking industry is one that is always faced with intense competition and business environment changes so quickly. Currently the bank is not only required to understand its clients, but also should pay attention to their employees so that the company afloat by purpose. As one of the state-owned enterprises, Bank BRI is required to provide good service to its customers. Competition is going on and the number of privately owned banks that have sprung up to make BRI had to work extra hard in order not to drown in the competition in the financial sector. In this regard, it will be analyzed in this study about the influence of several variables on the quality of service. This research was conducted in BRI Unit Singaraja spread over 15 locations with the number of employees as a sample of 81 people. The results of this study indicate there is positive and significant between group cohesiveness on the quality of service, there is a positive and significant impact of employee empowerment on service quality, there is positive but not significant between justice organizational to quality of service, there is a positive and significant impact group cohesiveness, employee empowerment, and organizational justice to the quality of the service employees of BRI in Singaraja, as well as the effect of which was donated by three independent variables on the quality of service of 77.5%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to re-examine the effect of the level of banking risk on profitability at PT. BPR. Maha Bhoga Marga by using several variables namely Credit Risk or Non Performing Loan (NPL), Liquidity or Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Risk or BOPO to Profitability or Return on Assets (ROA). Profitability is the company's ability to earn profits or the effectiveness of the company's management so that the company can find out how much profit can be obtained in a certain period. Profitability can also be used as a measure of the company's level of efficiency in tackling company risk. So that PT. BPR. Maha Bhoga Marga can use the existing findings as material to evaluate its performance and suggestions in the findings in this study, so that PT. BPR. Maha Bhoga Marga is able to develop and improve its business expansion in the future. The data obtained are secondary data obtained based on the annual publication report of PT. BPR. Maha Bhoga Marga for the period from 2014 to 2018. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis by testing the previous classic assumption test. While hypothesis testing is done by using the F test and t test. The results of the study prove that 1) Credit Risk (NPL) has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA) of PT. Maha Bhoga Marga. 2) Liquidity Risk (LDR) has a positive and significant effect on Profitability (ROA) of PT. Maha Bhoga Marga. 3) Operational Risk (BOPO) has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA) of PT. Maha Bhoga Marga.

Abstract

In a government organization, success or failure in carrying out tasks and administering government is influenced by leadership, through leadership and supported by adequate government organizational capacity, the implementation of good governance will be more easily realized. In addition to leadership, another thing that is no less important in running the organization's wheels in government agencies is communication. Communication at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency is in the form of coordination and consultation regarding the duties and authorities of the agency. Communication with a personal approach needs to be done, to foster employee morale, in order to achieve the expected performance targets. The work environment is also very influential on performance in addition to leadership and communication above. The Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency is one of the government agencies in Karangasem Regency that is required to always provide friendly and good service to the people of Karangasem Regency. Therefore, employees of the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency are required to have good performance as a benchmark for assessment from superiors. The sample in this study were 48 employees at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency. The determination of the number of samples used by the author in this study is by the census method based on the provisions put forward by Sugiyono (2002: 61-63), which says that: "Sample sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated sample is census. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication and non-physical work environment partially affect the performance of employees at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of Karangasem Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a simultaneous or partial influence between communication and work environment on employee performance at the Novotel Airport Ngurah Rai Hotel. The respondents of this study were 69 employees of Novotel Airport Ngurah Rai Hotel. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The T test is used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially and the Determination test is used to determine the significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously (simultaneously). Based on the analysis results it is known that the significance level of t is 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 so that H1 and H2 are accepted. This means that communication and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. And based on the test of determination that communication and work environment together significantly influence the performance of employees of the Novotel Airport Ngurah Rai Hotel. The results of the communication determination coefficient (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the Table shows a value of 0.671 or 67.1%. This means that the influence of communication and work environment variables of 67.1% while the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the results of the study, it can be suggested that company leaders are expected to be more open in providing direction to subordinates, good and effective communication to continue to be established between superiors and subordinates or fellow employees in the company.Keywords: communication, work environment, employee performance.

Abstract

Human resource management is part of organizational management that focuses on the elements of human resources. The task of Human Resource Management (HRM) is to manage the human element well in order to obtain a workforce that is satisfied with their work. The problem raised in this study is whether the conflict (X1) affects the performance of employees (Y) at the Fave Hotel Kartika Plaza, and whether work stress (X2) affects the performance of employees (Y) in Kartika Plaza Hotel Fave and how much influence is the Conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in Fave Hotel Kartika Plaza. The population in this study amounted to 75 people. This study uses the entire population as a sample. Data analysis techniques used are data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis and analysis of determination. The results of the analysis show the regression model Y = 10,157 - 0,446X1 - 0,035X2. The conclusion obtained is the conflict (X1) partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the Fave Hotel Kartika Plaza shown by the regression coefficient b1 X1 which is negative, work stress (X2) partially has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y) in Fave Hotel Kartika Plaza as indicated by thecoefficient b2 X2 negative, and the magnitude of the effect of work conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 52.8% and the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables such as motivation, work environment and work discipline that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of BPK Representative Bali employees, find out the influence of work stress on employee performance on BPK Representative Bali, find out the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance on BPK Perwakila Bali. In this study, the sample used was the employee of BPK Representative Bali. The sampling technique in this research uses nonprobability sampling technique, which is saturated sampling. The number of respondents used in this study is 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test. The results showed that emotional intelligence affected the performance of employees at the Bali Representative BPK and work stress negatively affected the performance of employees at the Bali Representative BPK. Emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y), which can be seen in the regression coefficient b₁X₂. Emotional intelligence (X₁) and work stress (X₂).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work motivation and supervision on employee performance in the Fire and Rescue Agency of Badung Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents using a Likert scale. Types and sources of data used in this study are types of quantitative data and primary data sources. The sampling technique in this study uses random sampling techniques and data analysis techniques in this study using the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study show that 1) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Badung Fire Department, 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Badung Fire Department and 3) Supervision has a positive and significant effect on performance employee at the Badung District Fire Department. The implication of the research in this study is that every decision and policy adopted by the agency will always have an impact on employee performance, so the right policies are needed to reduce the existence of fraud in the implementation of the duties and obligations of each division of employees.
