Abstract

Cooperatives have an important role as one of the pillars in Indonesia's economic development, which is based on the principles of kinship and mutual cooperation. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the knowledge of cooperatives and members' motivation for member participation in KUD BUKTI. This study also uses an associative quantitative method with a simple random sampling technique calculated based on the Slovin formula. From a total population of 4,778 members, this study produced a sample of 369. SMARTPLS software was used to collect data using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyze it using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) method. The study’s findings revealed that "Cooperative Knowledge has a significant effect on Member Participation", with a p-value of 0.040 (<0.05). And "Member Motivation has a significant effect on Member Participation", with a p value of 0.00 (<0.5). This shows that member participation is greatly impacted by shared knowledge as well as member motivation.

Abstract

Dual roles are often one of the main causes of work istress, especially fori women. When someone has to divide their time and energy, they may feel overwhelmed and have difficulty meeting all the demands. Conflict between these roles can cause stress, anxiety, and fatigue. The main objective of this study was toI clarify the relationship between dual role conflict, job stress, Iand performance among femaleI health workers. TheI method used in this studyI is a quantitative approach with a survey method, then the dataI analysisI techniqueI used is the SEM-PLS dataI analysis technique. BasedI onI theI data that has been obtained, the sample used in this study was 100 female civil servant health worker respondents. The results obtained are thatI there is a significantI positive effectI of dualI role conflict onI work stress of 0.472. InI addition, there is a significantI negative effect on the relationship between dual role conflict and performance of -0.411. Then, there is a significant negative effect on the relationship between work stress and performance of -0.489. And it is also known that the work stress variable significantly acts as a mediating variable on the effect of dual role conflict on performance of -0.231.

Abstract

This study examines the role of knowledge sharing and behavior in improving individual innovation capability in MSMEs in Gombang Village, Cirebon Regency. Data were obtained from 162 MSMEs using quantitative methods using SEM-PLS. This study revealed that there is a positive and substantial relationship between information sharing and behavior with individual creative potential (R² = 0.840). The results showed that these two factors contributed 84% of the variance in community innovativeness. This study recommends increased collaboration and training support to encourage innovation in the MSME sector.

Abstract

The purpose is to examine how employee productivity in the digital age is impacted by workplace culture and surroundings. The workplace has changed significantly as a result of the quick advancement of technology, making it more crucial than ever to comprehend the elements that influence worker performance. A comfortable and productive workplace is influenced by a number of factors, including sufficient amenities and technology assistance. In addition, a positive work culture, which reflects the values of collaboration, innovation, and strong work ethics, also boosts employee motivation to achieve optimal performance. The digital era presents new challenges and opportunities, such as work flexibility and virtual communication, which require employees to adapt to the existing dynamics. The results show that the synergy between a good work environment and a supportive work culture can significantly increase employee productivity. This is expected to be a reference for employees in designing strategies to increase work productivity in the midst of changes in the evolving world of work.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of work-life balance and job satisfaction on employee loyalty and its implications for work productivity in the labor-intensive rattan manufacturing industry in Cirebon. The topic is relevant to human resource management because production employees work under physical work demands, production targets, and workplace conditions that can shape loyalty and productivity. This study applies a quantitative explanatory approach. The population consisted of 192 employees, and the sample included 150 production employees selected using simple random sampling. The sample size provided an adequate basis for SEM-PLS analysis. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS. SEM-PLS was used because it can examine complex relationships among latent variables and test mediation effects in a single research model. The results show that work-life balance and job satisfaction have positive and significant effects on employee loyalty. Employee loyalty also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. In addition, employee loyalty significantly mediates the effects of work-life balance and job satisfaction on work productivity. These findings indicate that better work-life balance and higher job satisfaction can strengthen loyalty, which then improves productivity among production employees. This study contributes to human resource management literature by integrating work-life balance, job satisfaction, employee loyalty, and productivity in one empirical model within a local labor-intensive manufacturing context. Practically, the results provide guidance for rattan manufacturing companies to develop workforce policies that support employee welfare, strengthen loyalty, and improve sustainable productivity.
