Abstract

Di era digital yang serba cepat ini, flashdrive menjadi salah satu metode penyimpanan yang paling populer. Saat-saat tertentu, data flashdisk dapat hilang, dan kehilangan data ini dapat membawa konsekuensi yang signifikan baik secara profesional maupun pribadi. Dalam penelitian ini, contoh pemulihan data dari flashdisk yang tidak dapat diakses setelah dicabut secara paksa selama proses transfer data dibahas. Metode forensik statik dan alat Disk Drill, berhasil menemukan sebanyak 7626 file dari partisi yang tidak teralokasikan dengan ukuran total 17,3 GB. Bukti digital yang telah dipulihkan sebanyak 49 files yang disajikan dalam bentuk file dengan berbagai ekstensi, seperti gambar, audio, dokumen, dan arsip. Kemampuan alat pemulihan data yang canggih memungkinkan pemulihan berbagai jenis file, yang meningkatkan peluang untuk menyelamatkan data yang hilang.

Abstract

In this fast-paced digital era, flash drives have become one of the most popular storage methods. At times, flashdrive data can be lost, and losing this data can have significant consequences both professionally and personally. In this study, an example of data recovery from an inaccessible flashdrive after being forcibly removed during the data transfer process is discussed. Static forensic methods and the Disk Drill application succeeded in finding 7626 files from unallocated partitions with a total size of 17.3 GB. The digital evidence that has been recovered is 49 files which are presented in the form of files with various extensions, such as images, audio, documents and archives. Advanced data recovery tool capabilities enable recovery of various types of files, which increases the chances of rescuing lost data.

Abstract

The development and implementation of a Scheduling Information System (SIWAL) is designed to optimize academic scheduling and class management at a university. SIWAL aims to address inefficiencies in the manual scheduling process by providing functionality for course scheduling, lecturer assignment, and classroom allocation management. This system serves three main stakeholders: lecturers, students, and academic administrators. Lecturers can view their teaching schedules, request schedule changes, and access classroom information. Students have easy access to their lecture schedules, including class locations and lecturer details. Academic administrators use SIWAL to generate and manage academic schedules, resolve schedule conflicts, and analyze classroom use and faculty workload. The implementation involves software development using appropriate programming languages and frameworks, database design, system integration, rigorous testing (including black box testing methods), and user training. The successful implementation of SIWAL has increased operational efficiency from 10% to 90%, improved the quality of services for lecturers and students, and supported better decision-making for academic management. Future development could focus on further integration of SIWAL with other university systems and improvements to the user interface to ensure continued use and effectiveness in academic scheduling.

Abstract

Ten-finger typing is a fundamental digital literacy skill that should be introduced early in childhood, yet most children still rely on the hunting-and-pecking technique due to the lack of exposure to proper typing methods (Renaldi, 2023) . This community service activity aimed to introduce and train children in basic ten-finger typing techniques through the educational game Typer Shark Deluxe, conducted as part of the National Children’s Day Celebration in Kalurahan Sambirejo, Prambanan, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, on 26 July 2025. This activity was part of the Mono-Disciplinary Village Partner (Desa Mitra Mono Disiplin Ilmu) community service scheme carried out by the Community Service Team of the Informatics Study Program, Universitas Islam Mulia Yogyakarta, in collaboration with Kalurahan Sambirejo. The method applied was face-to-face training using a play-based learning approach, consisting of an introduction to home row finger positioning, basic typing practice, and a turn-based/group Typer Shark Deluxe gameplay session, closed with an evaluation in the form of an inter-participant typing speed competition. A total of 33 children from Kalurahan Sambirejo participated in the entire series of activities. The results showed an improvement in children’s understanding of basic finger positioning and high enthusiasm during the training, indicating that the educational game approach is effective as a medium for introducing ten-finger typing skills to children in rural areas.
