This study investigates the impact of occupational safety and health on employee performance productivity at PT Tanggamus Electric Power. A quantitative research approach was adopted, involving a population of 65 employees, all of whom were selected as the research sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that occupational safety exerts a positive and significant effect on employee performance, contributing a 47.3% increase for each unit improvement in occupational safety. Similarly, occupational health positively and significantly influences employee performance, with a contribution of 41.7% per unit increase in occupational health. Collectively, occupational safety and health account for 52.8% of the variation in employee performance. Based on these results, it is recommended that the company consistently enhance its occupational safety and health initiatives to effectively promote optimal improvements in employee productivity and overall performance. Keywords: Occupational Safety, Occupational Health (OHS), Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Tanggamus Electric Power. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 65 karyawan yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 47,3% untuk setiap peningkatan satu satuan keselamatan kerja. Demikian pula, kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 41,7% untuk setiap peningkatan satu satuan kesehatan kerja. Secara simultan, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,8%. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar perusahaan terus meningkatkan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja guna mendorong optimalisasi produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan.
