Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Job Training on Employee Performance at Peterseli Kitchen Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that describes the variables as they are and is supported by data in the form of numbers generated from actual circumstances. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study amounted to 38 people and the sample used in this study amounted to 38 people. The results showed that work discipline affects employee performance, as well as job training affects employee performance at Peterseli Kitchen Pekanbaru. Work Discipline and Job Training affect Employee Performance at Peterseli Kitchen Pekanbaru. The amount of influence is shown by the coefficient of determination of 51.1%, this shows that as much as 51.1% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline and job training and as much as 48.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Competition in the digital world is currently increasing rapidly, which is marked by the many innovations that have emerged. This requires the broadcaster RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru to innovate as well and implement effective broadcasting strategies in order to continue to attract and retain its listeners. Therefore, this study aims to determine the Broadcaster's Skills in Presenting the Literacy Chat Rotation Program on Radio Republik Indonesia (Rri) Pro 2 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the strategies implemented by RRI Pro 2 Pekanbaru broadcasters include thorough preparation, the use of persuasive language, and adjusting the broadcasting style according to the characteristics of the sources and listeners. With Ben G. Henneke's Theory, several important things have been compiled in announcing, , eloqutio to choose appropriate and interesting communication styles and physical styles, memoria to remember important points, and pronuntiation to convey messages with the right intonation and expression. The overall implementation of Ben G. Henneke's Theory in the broadcasting skills of the Rotation Program contributes to the listener's experience in listening to radio programs.

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services, particularly in managing media collaboration between local governments and the mass media, is underway. The Rokan Hilir Regency Communications, Informatics, Statistics, and Cryptography Service (Diskominfotiks) developed the Media Partnership Management Information System (SIMATRIK) application as a digital-based innovation to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in media collaboration processes. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles, such as limited human resources, low digital literacy, and technical and infrastructure constraints. This study aims to understand an analyze the implemention of the SIMATRIK application and identify the obstacles encountered. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted systematically to understand the implementation process based on George C. Edward III’s policy implementation theory, which encompasses communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research results are expected to provide an in-depth overview of the implementation of the SIMATRIK application in supporting the digitalization of regional governmrnt media collaboration and serve as evaluation material for the Communication and Information Technology Office (Diskominfotiks) in improving the effectiviness of its systems and the quality of information technology-based public services.
