Abstract

This research aims to examine the improvement of children's intelligence in elementary schools through the Calistung and English programs in Stadong Village, North Dampal District. This community service employs a participatory action design with a qualitative approach. This design was chosen because it aims to assist the community, particularly elementary school children in Stadong, in enhancing their intelligence. The subjects in this mentoring activity are elementary school children located in Stadong Village, North Dampal District. The implementation of the community service program in Stadong Village was successfully carried out and had a positive impact on improving elementary children's intelligence. The integration of Calistung and English tutoring programs in this activity has helped children enhance their basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic, as well as understanding vocabulary and how to introduce themselves in English. Active participation from the community, especially parents and teachers, also supported the success of this program. Besides that, the use of interactive and innovative learning m  ethods, such as educational games and engaging learning media, makes the learning process more effective and enjoyable for children.
