Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganaliisis pengaruh langsung knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja tim, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung knowledge sharing terhadap structure mechanims, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung knowledge sharing, terhadap kinerja melalui structure mechanism. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 135 anggota sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah pegawai sebanyak 400 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Desember s.d Januari 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh knowledge sharing berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja tim, (2) knowledge sharing tidak langsung terhadap kinerja tim melalui structure mechanism. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct influence of knowledge sharing on team performance, (2) analyzing the direct influence of knowledge sharing on structure mechanisms, (3) analyzing the indirect influence of knowledge sharing on performance through structure mechanisms. This research uses primary data through a survey of 135 members as a sample from the total number of employees of 400 people. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, namely December to January 2024. The data was analyzed using the WarpPLS program. The research results show that: (1) The influence of knowledge sharing has a direct effect on team performance, (2) knowledge sharing has an indirect effect on team performance through structure mechanisms.
