Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan manajemen risiko, Four discipline of exectuion (4 DX) terhadap kinerja melalui efektifitas kerja pegawai di PT PLN UP3 Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 106 orang responden, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis PLS. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan manajemen risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, the four discipline of execution (4 DX) berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, manajemen risiko memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai, The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di kantor PLN UP3 Palopo, kinerja pegawai memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai, kinerja pegawai memiliki peran yang dapat memediasi pengaruh manajemen risiko terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai, dan kinerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the application of risk management and the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) on performance through employee work effectiveness at PT PLN UP3 Palopo. This study employs a quantitative research methodology. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, with a total of 106 respondents, and data analysis techniques were carried out using PLS analysis. The findings of this study indicate that risk management has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, risk management provides a positive and significant influence on employee work effectiveness, the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) significantly affects employee work effectiveness at the PLN UP3 Palopo office, employee performance has a positive and significant influence on employee work effectiveness, employee performance plays a role in mediating the influence of risk management on employee work effectiveness, and employee performance can mediate the influence of the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) on employee work effectiveness.
