Abstract. The esports industry is one of the fastest-growing industries, opening up new career opportunities for students in emerging adulthood and career-determining stages. However, many remain uncertain about their career paths, including amateur esports players who are considering pursuing a career as a professional esports athlete. This calls for career decision-making self-efficacy, a factor influenced by social support from family, friends, and significant others. This study aims to determine the extent to which social support and its dimensions influence career decision-making self-efficacy among amateur esports students in Bandung. The sample consisted of 389 respondents collected using convenience sampling. The instrument used to measure social support was Zimet's (1988) Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, adapted from Sulistiani et al. (2022), Taylor and Betz's (1983) Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy–Short Form instrument was adapted by Purnama & Ernawati (2021) to measure career decision-making self-efficacy. The analysis technique used was multiple regression. The results showed a simultaneous positive effect of social support on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, with a contribution of 15.1%. Separately, family support had the largest influence, at 21.8%, followed by friends at 20.9%, and significant others at 11.1%. Abstrak. Industri esports merupakan industri yang berkembang paling pesat, membuka peluang karier baru bagi para mahasiswa yang berada pada fase emerging adulthood dan berada di tahap penentuan karier. Namun, banyak di antara mereka yang masih ragu tentang arah karier mereka, termasuk para pemain amatir esports untuk melanjutkan kariernya sebagai atlet esports profesional. Dalam hal ini, diperlukan career decision-making self-efficacy, dimana salah satu faktornya dapat dipengaruhi oleh social support dari keluarga, teman, dan significant others. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan sejauh mana social support beserta masing-masing dimensinya mempengaruhi career decision-making self-efficacy pada mahasiswa pemain amatir esports di Kota Bandung. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 389 responden yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik convinience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur social support merupakan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support miliki Zimet (1988) yang diadaptasi oleh Sulistiani et al. (2022), instrumen Career Decision-making Self-Efficacy–Short Form milik Taylor dan Betz (1983) yang diadaptasi oleh Purnama & Ernawati (2021) untuk mengukur career decision-making self-efficacy. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif social support secara simultan terhadap Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, dengan kontribusi sebesar 15.1%. Secara terpisah, dukungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh terbesar, sebesar 21.8%, diikuti oleh teman sebesar 20.9%, dan significant others sebesar 11.1%.
