Abstract

Self esteem adalah evaluasi seseorang terhadap diri mereka sendiri, baik secara positif maupun negatif, serta tingkat penerimaan dan penghargaan terhadap diri mereka sendiri. Temuan peneliti adanya jemaah yang merasa  lebih rendah diri dan merasa kurang sempurna agamanya daripada jemaah lain. Jika tertinggal tidak ikut pengajian ada perasaan kurang lengkap karena tidak menuntut ilmu agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pembacaan Minahus Saniyah pada ibu-ibu di komunitas pengajian X, Kecamatan Gambut, dapat meningkatkan rasa self esteem mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-eksperimental bentuk one group pre-test post-test. Sampel berjumlah 20 subjek ibu-ibu pengajian X berumur 25-50 tahun, dan telah mengikuti pengajian ini selama 1 sampai 3 tahun. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji T. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hasil posttest mengalami peningkatan sebesar 77% dibandingkan hasil pretest sebesar 66%. Kemudian hasil uji T didapat nilai sig sebesar 0,000 0,05. Dengan demikian, Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Maka pembacaan Kitab Minahus Saniyah efektif atau mampu meningkatkan self esteem pada komunitas pengajian X di Kecamatan Gambut.

Abstract

Career choice during senior high school is a crucial stage in adolescent development that often presents challenges, particularly in recognizing personal potential and receiving adequate support. This community service program aimed to assist eleventh-grade students of SMAN 3 Banjarmasin in strengthening self efficacy and social support to make more appropriate career decisions. The program employed a quantitative correlational design involving 223 students using validated and reliable scales of social support, self efficacy, and career choice. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed statistically. The results showed that both social support and self efficacy were significantly related to students’ career choices, with self efficacy emerging as the dominant factor. The coefficient of determination of 28.9 percent indicated the substantial contribution of these variables to career choice variation. The solution offered highlights the need for schools and families to provide continuous support and organize structured career guidance programs to enhance students’ confidence in shaping their future careers.
