Abstract

This research aims to analyze the policies of the Lamongan Regency Government in the form of the JAMULA (Jalan Mantap dan Alus Lamongan) program. It should be understood that the JAMULA program has become a priority program for the Lamongan Regency Government with the aim of repairing damaged roads in various areas. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the stages of the implementation of the JAMULA (Jalan Mantap dan Alus Lamongan) program policy, from formulation and implementation to evaluation. This research utilizes a literature study method through a qualitative approach that can be used in assessing the JAMULA (Jalan Mantap dan Alus Lamongan) program policy. Meanwhile, the research data sources obtained came from secondary data, which included scientific journals published in the last five years, books published in the last ten years, mass media reports, and government regulations. The findings of this study describe that the JAMULA program policy formulation was initiated by the Lamongan District Government and the Public Works Agency, which identified problems with road infrastructure. Second, the stages in implementing the JAMULA program policy can be seen from the implementation of road repairs on the Sukodadi-Sumberwudi section in Pucangro Village, which can be used as a benchmark for the success of the JAMULA program. Third, the evaluation of the JAMULA (Jalan Mantap dan Alus Lamongan) program policy, which has received positive feedback from the community during its implementation.
