Program pengabdian masyarakat tahun 2025 di Desa Wadungasih RT 06 RW 02, Kecamatan Buduran, Kabupaten Sidoarjo difokuskan pada penataan nomor rumah sebagai upaya menciptakan keteraturan administrasi, mempermudah identifikasi alamat, serta mendukung kelancaran pelayanan publik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan perangkat desa, perencanaan desain plakat, pengadaan material, pembuatan, hingga pemasangan plakat nomor rumah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keteraturan alamat serta kemudahan bagi masyarakat dan pihak eksternal, seperti kurir, aparat desa, dan petugas kesehatan, dalam menemukan lokasi tujuan. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara warga dan perangkat desa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan lokal, sehingga program ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat praktis, tetapi juga menjadi model inspiratif yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain. The 2025 community service program in Wadungasih Village, RT 06 RW 02, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency, focused on the arrangement of house numbers as an effort to create administrative order, facilitate address identification, and support the smooth running of public services. The implementation method included field observations, interviews with village officials, plaque design planning, material procurement, production, and installation of house number plaques. The results of the activity showed an increase in address order and ease for the community and external parties, such as couriers, village officials, and health workers, in finding their destinations. In addition, the active involvement of the community in all stages of the activity emphasized the importance of collaboration between residents and village officials in solving local problems, so that this program not only provides practical benefits but also becomes an inspiring model that can be replicated in other areas.
